Can you guys expand on this a little more? Are y'all thinking he left the cell phones at his house while doing some of this driving? Doesn't LE have all the cell tower pings from his phone? I'm confused on how CM couldn't be anywhere near one of the cell tower pings.

We the public only know of (generally) two sets of cell tower pings. But LE may have 100 more, we have no way of knowing, or they may have no more.

The two we know of are
(1) in the Shops at Legacy area in the 4:47-4:56 time span, when we know her phone pinged and so did his
(2) in the vicinity near his residence at 5:32

We are simply theorizing about the point in time at which she or her body was taken and left somewhere.
- Was it before 4:47 when he drove somewhere and then came back?
- During the 4:47-4:56 (or maybe a bit before or after) time near Shops at Legacy?
- In the 4:56 - 5:32 time span that began at SAL and ended near his residence?
- After 5:32 and before 10:15 gas fill-up?

Of course, it's always possible she was still in trunk or in temporary place at 10:15 and she was taken to wherever later. But the longer the interval from 3:58 until we theorize she or her body was disposed, the less likely imo.

It's possible LE has lots of pings that could further guide or limit the possibilities, but we are not privy to that knowledge (or lack of same).

To answer your question, I haven't a clue if the rags were tested already or not.
If LE tests rags automatically, I've never heard of it before but wouldn't be surprised.
My comment to the poster wasn't meant to take anything away from LE, just that I've never thought about testing the rags. The fact there were lots of rags was evidence in and of itself. Of course, if LE is able to connect the rags to a crime involving Christina directly, the evidence would be golden in court considering the rags were found in the trash outside the house EA lives in.

It takes time for the lab to run the tests and to turn results over to LE.
Maybe LE was able to get the lab to give the trash pull items priority since they are trying to nail/prove a person may have been murdered.

No I am not angry with anyone, lol. I just was asking a question to anyone who could answer.....

Here's the other thing I struggle with...many big municipalities seem to have traffic cameras everywhere. For those who live in Texas and in that area, are Plano and Allen known to have many traffic cameras? A few? None?

Seems to me like a serious crash would have been caught on camera somewhere. Or, that a passerby would have noticed, then phoned police once information about a wrecked Camaro became public information linked with CM being reported missing.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the population records and maps of Plano and Allen make them look like cities, not rural areas.

problem with this is that his identity and the type vehicle much less the fact that it was damaged was not released until close to two months after the fact. I think a lot of people can't recall memories of, what at the time would have seen like insignificant, events very well after that length of time.

Just joining from work break, and have skimmed discussions from this morning. Here are some things I see/note/have questions about today:

-Why is it difficult for BF to discover who the attorney is? Keith Gore filed papers with the court for Habeas Corpus and Motion To Preserve Evidence. The mystery about who his attorney is ended then. Simply silly that Collin County jail can't figure that out enough to put it on EA's page.

-Where are we coming up with the notion that EA was in jail for the phone bit and his parents didn't know. I'd completely missed that. Where is the link. Is this from a link or just conjecture/talk/assumption?

-Researched San Luis Potosi. Appears to be a small state (2.6 million population estimated). Mining and Agriculture. A GM plant (buy American!). Sounds like a blue collar state. Perhaps akin to a small Midwestern state in America.

-If EA is 24 and they came to U.S. in 2001, he was 11 years old when he got here. His parents probably in their 40s? Late 30s? Probably was thrown into school not knowing English. That could be the reason for the difference in what he and his little brother call things.

If EA was 11, and his younger brother just started college, younger brother was 5 or 6 when they came here, and likely speaks the best English of anyone in the family because, beginning at 5 or 6, he would have spent his entire educational years in the U.S., unlike his brother and parents.

And, again, we've hired people who have been in the U.S. for decades and don't speak or understand English well. Would be hard to speculate on how much the parents know beyond just basic greetings and the like. Many immigrants just socialize with other immigrants when they get here and don't learn the language well. Others break out into the culture and really learn it well.

There's been no evidence whatsoever of a 3rd party in the abduction, nor even a hint of one in the warrants or affidavits we have.

agree and the fact that the affidavit speculates that the motive was sexual suggest their evidence points towards him acting alone.

Sorry, I thought I answered this already but maybe I just intended to but didn't. The list is a running list of all clothing item descriptions since day one. It is just to keep track of all possible articles of clothing and "accessories" she may have had with her. It seemed as if no one at the beginning could give an accurate description of even what she had on when she left the apartment so we've been keeping a running list. Which is good I guess because even in the last couple of days we've added the LV clutch to the list. And the black bra top was brought into the mix a couple of weeks or so ago.
The clothing and cell phones have been confusing from the beginning.

Woah, woah, woah. That's way off the mark. I think I may have mixed things up, but I thought someone said that Gore must be reading here because he fixed something that had previously been upside down on his page after we discussed it here. Maybe I am confused. That's all my post was about. Can we all stop being so sensitive? I have never once suspected you of being someone close to the case. Anyway, my post was a major flop...sorry...back to Christina!
