I don't think we are. I think the more we find out about EA and his past, the more likely we uncover something that tells us where CM is. He knows, and he chose where he left her - - and humans tend to make choices in similar ways to their past.

Yes, humans do tend to act in familiar patterns, particularly during times of high stress.

I have not seen any evidence to suggest he's a serial predator. His prior arrests are for theft. HF has a more questionable past than EA.

IMO, this was a crime of passion in the sense he got so frustrated for whatever reason, or it was accidental and he covered it up.

EA put her IN HIS TRUNK. That is not an accident. (And the criminal acts of others is irrelevant. EA is the one who had her IN HIS TRUNK.) And imo EA doesn't put someone IN HIS TRUNK after doing or attempting who knows what, as his first predatory act against women. I bet he had a history, if we can find it.

Wish we could hear more about the searches, or even information from the PI. It would be wonderful if she was found. Surely they have looked around where he works. Did he play soccer at all? I hate to say it but she could be anywhere, any dumpster, any mall. He has to tell or Eileen may have a point, only proof that she was in the trunk, not died there..? So hopeful we hear news next week.

I believe it's highly likely she was leftt on private property. The Leanne Bearden case is a perfect example of how long someone can be missing when they were right there all along, just because she was on private property. I don't tthink it takes a seasoned serial murderer to keep a body from being found right away. MOO

Disagree. All we can say is that the forensics the public knows does not say that. But you don't know what you don't know.

LE undoubtedly has a lot they haven't made public; we've seen all along they play their cards close to the vest so they can get more evidence while EA thinks he's skated. I hope she's alive, but with EA in jail and going nowhere, LE has no motivation to arrest him for murder right now (because, in that event, they would have to provide enough added evidence to EA and the public to show why).

If they have evidence she is deceased he would be charged.

When I say accident, I mean he could have gotten too rough and accidentally killed her, meaning he did not set out to kill her. In tthat scenario, he could have still PUT HER IN HIS TRUNK. PUTTING HER IN HIS TRUNK does not automatically mean he was a seasoned serial killer. He just likes his car far more than human life so he PUT HER IN HIS TRUNK. IMO

Correct. "A significant amount" of Christina's DNA is what that affidavit stated.

No, but they need more blood. Not saying they don't already have that blood, but if tthey did, I truly believe he'd already be charged with murder. Look at Tristan Blue, his dad was charged with murder within 24 hours.

That could be the negotiating tool in the plea bargain. Reveal where she is or no deal.

They aren't in any hurry to charge him because they want him to reveal where her body is. He's in jail, he's not going anywhere.
