Yep.. they also state that there is a photograph "just prior" to the picture of the keys & ring, of "Morris herself"...
Why would she send a selfie pic or any picture of herself to her bf who she was supposedly fighting with? That part doesn't make sense to me.

Nor do I believe that ea JR was actually in real estate. Please correct me but I believe TOS preclude me from sleuthing other family members that may claim to be in real estate.

But if EA was in real estate selling homes, even as an office worker, I would assume LE has searched any and all empty properties under his employers listings for Christina?

Just a thought. Perhaps - just perhaps - there could be a major shift in a LOT of various things once they get the results from taking EA's DNA. They just took a swab, to be able to test it, within the last couple of weeks or so. Once they have it, they can match it to this, that, and the other that they might have already found (and, of course, to things they might find later).

We've focused on them matching it to the "unknown male DNA" in his car, and certainly there's that. "But wait, there's more!!" could be lurking out of sight.

I can see where you're coming from, but if his girlfriend was really that one person we cannot name, she's gorgeous. I just don't picture him being this low self esteemed wall flower creep. Well obviously creep, but not lacking in confidence. MOO

The "girlfriend" could have been a "one-sided" affair.. That name was taken off the visitors list rather quickly...

I missed that but if that's the case I would know why. Not that odd....she loved the guy. She saw something in him even he didn't see in himself is my guess.

Dunno.. but it's in the affidavit.. weird

I don't need to address this issue, but I will try to do it in a way to hopefully bring some understanding to the situation.

When people bring information to WS, TOS states we cannot use it if it here if it comes from a PRIVATE page...which it was. Several looked on the public page and did not find any mention of the body or that it was not Christina's. I looked myself on the public page and did not find it. I asked repeatedly for a link to a public site and no one could provide a link to the comments.

This is in addition to not having any idea where the information really came from or if it indeed came from LE directly. MSM reported there was no way to identify the age, race, or ID on the female body found:

Because of the condition of the body, police said all that can be determined is that it was a female; the age and race are unknown pending a report from the medical examiner's office.

http://www.wfaa.com/story/news/loca...03/womans-body-found-at-dallas-park/21229665/

Police said that because the body is so badly decomposed, they are unable to determine the race, age, or identity until the medical examiner’s office release a report.

http://dfw.cbslocal.com/2015/01/03/unidentified-body-found-near-bachman-lake-trail/ bbm

The reports clearly state the decomp was preventing an immediate ID of the body so it is not unreasonable to find out if LE did tell Christina Morris' family it was not her. In this case, we couldn't use the information anyway until we had a comment linked from a public account and we should have been able to discern where that information came from initially to bring it in as a fact. It would have not been out of the norm for either woman to state they had received a call from LE to let them know it was not her and to post this information on the public site. LE would have no problem with this as we have seen it happen in many cases. It is fairly common for bodies to show up during missing cases and people immediately rush to see if it is their missing loved one. It is one of the sad realities of ups and downs to plague every family of the missing.

This wasn't in any way done to be disrespectful toward her step-mother or mother or to say we cannot trust them. We are required to follow the rules of TOS and insure we have the correct information. All we were getting was hearsay and that is not acceptable.

If a mother says its not her child, it is not her child. IMO. What would she have to gain by saying that?

I suspect LE didn't have to search any empty properties. My belief is that EA's mythical real estate boss had no mythical properties to sell. LOL But, who knows.

I am curious about a couple of statements in the arrest affidavit. LE makes a point of mentioning a few items that they feel were originally in CM's possession, (driver's license, credit card, keys & ring).. Is it possible these were found in EA's vehicle? Any thoughts??

http://www.documentcloud.org/documents/1384021-morris-docs-121914.html#document/p1

I also saw that and thought, hmmm odd!! They also mention her iphone, wallet, backpack, rx medication. Then they go on to say, "persons who commit such offenses often retain personal items of the victim and that no items.......have been located since the date of this offense."

I think this sentence plus a few other creative sentences about the transfer of DNA and trace evidence sort of pleads their case for the 13hr search of his house (with many many many goodie bags in tow) plus the seizure of his car.
In a search warrant you basically have to state exactly what you are looking for and what you plan to remove....with sentences like ^^ that! Hmmm, that means ANYTHING and EVERYTHING is fair game to remove, have tested and keep as evidence IMO.

Maybe that's why he was crying like a big ol baby as he was getting booked into CCDC? He thought his lions cave was safe, pfffs. Smh! Remember the Catholic priest was listed as a visitor for one day? Idk, I might be confused with his ever so changing and obscure visitor list... :praying:

But in the middle of a fight? Bicker, bicker, selfie, bicker, bicker just doesn't seem logical IMO.

I'm starting to wonder if they were indeed fighting at that time as we were told. Maybe they had made up already? I wish we could know if HF responded to ANY of the texts that night. Idk why but it's important to me, I think it would help to know her mindset.

Wait, what? Are you sure? Where? I think you may be noticing a reference to the pic of her hand holding keys, but ...

ETA - Thanks for the help guys. I see it now. Sheesh. Color me blind!

It could be a "screw you 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 flipoff" type selfie. Or maybe they weren't fightting as much as has been said.

You're right. Hopefully they ran it through CODIS and can solve a bunch of missing girls cases.

It says in the warrant that they determined the hand holding the keys was Christtina based on a picture she sent just prior to the hand pic. It's in the warrant.

Hope she's alive, but I suspect you're right. And it doesn't take a body to convict him of murder and put ole Sparky's 3-million volts through him.

Don't we execute via lethal injection in Texas?

Thanks! I see it now. Amazing what we read right past.

To further carry on this non-issue item, there was no "she's wronng, she's lying" comments. It was a few people ttrying to determine if LE said it wasn't Christina or a Mother's wishful thinking. Remember, there were zero links and we STILL have nothing definitive. Some people like facts. Me included. There was certainly no disrespect towards Jonny or Anna, so really nothing to see here.

I'm not talking about mythical stuff here. It is very real and quite possible he placed her body on private property. On purpose or not, if she's on someone's vast 20+ acre estate, she may not be found right away. No mythical creatures needed.

Id suggest reading it again. I've read it numerous times and learn something new each ttime.

Now that I'm up to speed LOL. ...

FWIW, the photo they mentioned wasn't a print in her pocket or wallet, fwiw, so not something they would have found, or would be able to search for. Contextually, must have been a selfie of some sort of her at the party, sent to HF.
