Going back to this logical angle, I don't buy it, but I think it's still great thinking, and looking at EA in the right way to try to find answers.

The part I don't buy is the idea that he was ever really in real estate, to the degree that it provided him extra opportunity to put CM somewhere. He was never a realtor, so he would not have had special access to properties that a realtor or broker would have had.

Based on his lack of veracity, imo it's questionable that he truly ever made even a penny in anything even remotely tied to real estate. We only have his word for it, and that's less than reliable.

Is it said that anyone in his family made a living as a realtor or broker?

Maybe he had imagined "sell real estate" as his next career, once he was fired for theft.

There is another way to make a living in real estate and that is to own rental properties and act as a landlord. It doesn't require a license in my state. Which is why I'm hoping LE check out all the property owned by his parents and determine if any were vacant at the time Christina disappeared.

I noticed that in the probable cause affidavit it states that AK is a criminal charge, yet what we see on CC websites is under Civil filings. What does that mean? (Besides me losing my mind?)

IIUC the "amount of bond" questions would be a civil issue, since it's about money and doesn't have any criminal implications.

This wording seemed curious to me and after pondering it for a while I discovered that the wording of it was in the original "Affidavit for Search Warrant"

The affidavit for search warrant became part of the arrest warrant, so It seems to me that they were looking for those specific items in the search which, if found would indicate that EA took possession of items of hers "on the night she disappeared" and not at some other time, so Yes I believe they in fact found something mentioned in that affidavit.

ETA : "wherefore affiant asks for issuance of a warrant that will authorize Affiant to search said suspected place and premises for said personal property and seize the same"

Do we know what LE found as a result of searching EA's house?

Do we know what LE found as a result of searching EA's house?

I think the details of the evidence they found would not be public because they would be part of discovery after he arraigned or indicted. The only reason the DNA is public is because it was necessary for the affidavit to search his home and take his DNA, IMO

I sure miss JMOM's posts. I can't imagine how difficult this is for her and all of Christina's family. Sending prayers.

(Hey guys, slightly o/t, I have a favor to ask. Can any of you guys tell me the names of some reporters who have covered / showed an interest in CM's case? I'm trying to help Daisy Suzanna's mom find some media contacts who may be interested in covering her missing daughter's case. TIA!! Feel free to send them via pm also. Thank you! Link to Daisy's thread for reference: http://www.websleuths.com/forums/sh...isy-Suzanna-Hamilton-31-Dallas-23-29-Aug-2013 )

Confidential Informant, usually someone who provides info about a crime to law enforcement. Sometimes also Criminal Informant, meaning they are divulging information to lessen a crime they've been busted on. I would think CM would've only been the first

Thank you very much. I feel silly, that I even asked now... I didn't realize you guys were referring literally to a CI. I was thinking it was some abbreviation for something that was created in this WS forum, and thought I was just totally missing it. So I appreciate you taking the time to answer me.

Troubling that the two other cars mentioned by LE left the garage approximately forty minutes after EA drove out of the garage the first time. Forty minutes was when EA's phone pinged again near SOL. Not another car present in between the two times? Weird EA would return (at least to nearby) at the same time. Figure the odds.

I've seen the initials BF (Brittany F.). She's the one who has come up a lot.
She's with Star news something and tweets updates on Christina's case on a public Twitter.
Locals are probs more informed on the topic but everyone has gone to sleep already.
Didn't want to ignore you! :):)

From personal knowledge of the terrain and demographics of the various areas N of downtown Dallas, and of course the following is all IMO....

Bachman Lake is extremely extremely extremely unlikely to be the place where CM is. Like, 1 in a million or less that it would be her. It's just the wrong area to make sense for EA to take a quick-to-medium-length drive and get rid of her, and it's not on the way to anywhere he would otherwise have traveled. He's a suburban kid, living far far N, and far far E of the central Dallas area, and he's either taking her someplace he sees all the time (in his broad vicinity) or he's going farther N or father E where there are less inhabited areas.

And even if he oddly set out in this general direction (which by itself makes no sense), he would have had to go past so so so many better-for-secret-disposal areas, probably hundreds or more, that it just defies logic to think he picked here.

I was thinking to myself a suitcase, and a trip to the airport on the train wouldn't look suspicious.

I was searching on Google, looking for possible links into EA's past and was searching for various social profiles he has created on the www and came across this particular one.... (I apologize, if this has already been posted in past threads)

I feel, after reading his comments and responses, that it just goes to show..... the type of person, attitude, and character that EA possesses.

I didn't see anything in his responses that was out of character for most guys his age, IMO. Maybe I should look while on my computer instead of my phone.

No prob. Initials are used so frequently here, it definitely gets confusing!
I have to stop myself when texting because I find I'm using WS abbreviations, haha

Great find. Pretty interesting. Is there a way to tell what date these were published? I'd be interested to know how long he dated his GF. All the talk of him being a player & man 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 isn't what I expected.

I guess he's always had a little Pinocchio in him.... He tells his friends he is a US citizen
