Very true.

However, I still don't think it's a big deal to want to know if this came from LE. According to the newstory, the body was badly decomposed and age and race were not identifiable. Now, maybe once the ME got her on the table, they were able to determine those things that would rule out Christina. It's an honest question and I don't know why we are getting such hostility over it. It's no different than asking for a link on something.

Maybe she had several tattoos. Whatever distinguishing marks she had, be it hair, different body type, etc. it was probably pretty obvious that it wasn't Christina.

I don't expect the family to broadcast what LE told them in this regard (they probably were not given details - just told that the description does not match).

If the family of the deceased has reported her missing, they should be the ones to get more information, before it's made public.

Besides an obvious difference in physical appearance to eliminate Christina as the female found. Maybe a different blood type from Christina's would be a quick elimination.MOO

...Side note: no way to follow him around after he gets out, and hope it gives some clue as to where he left CM. Given the combo of 4 facts ( 1 the DNA evidence has him nailed on the AK, 2 AK can imprison him for up to 99 years, 3 he won't tell what he did with her, 4 a jury is going to nail him to the wall to the extreme for not revealing where she is), I bet he never sees the outside of a prison cell again in his life. Good thing, as it ends his days as a predator and rewards him commensurately for what he did to CM.

Extra good post! Does anyone think he's going to get a reduced bond? I don't. He is in up to his eyeballs - and we love saying it, don't we - that 1 in 69 QUADRILLION proves it. No argument there. I'm only hoping his family can convince him. Do we know if any priests have come to see him since his arrest or was that just a name mix-up?

Just had a thought, and forgive me if it's off base (am watching football, having a cold one) and I just had a chill. What date was HF arrested? What date was EA arrested? Who in this crowd could have sold with HF? How long has HF been selling?

In this situation in which EA has landed I would think friends would come forth in support of him on the HFCM site or on the various MSM FB pages comments section if they had anything favorable to say about him at all. I haven't read any.

How about we see if we can sleuth things from the past of EA. His shadiness here seemed way too easy and experienced, perhaps he's a serial predator whose past has clues to where he takes them, from things he's done in the past. or places he's been, or those he hangs with.

And we know EA would know what happened to CM, because no question he put her IN HIS TRUNK. Now she's not there. He knows what he did with her. Find a way to read his mind, and you find CM.

So what can we find out about this guy that might offer some clues? School, work history, associates, and especially places he might have hung out that might give a tip to where he would have taken CM.

While I do find your stance kind of harsh. Sometimes I do think we need to reverse engineer EA's lies to find Christina.

Other than that, we don't know much about him. He moved from Mexico in 2001. EA's parents bought their current home in Allen in 2004. I did find another Allen address for the Arochis and it appeared to be apartments.
He worked at Sprint in Wylie as a manager, seems to have quite a few phones / digital storage devices.. He also lists real estate as a profession on LinkedIn so he may have done some apprenticeship with his dad.
He apparently had a girlfriend but I'm not so sure that the party goers knew about her. Usually guys don't try to pick up girls that know their girlfriend. Girl code says to reject him then tell his girlfriend.

Thanks for posting that link. It was interesting to go back and reread those comments about EA from someone who knew him. I don't know how you find this stuff so quickly!

Well, Steve, since this site is all about posting links so rumors don't grow legs, I fail to see what the big deal is if some of us choose to go by pure fact, not emotion, not rumor, and certainly not private Facebook pages.

The topic I was addressing was "Is the body that was found that of CM?" Others expressed how they don't want to trust this info or that, and I expressed my opinion on why I think otherwise. If you think I am TELLING you what to think or post on that topic, my apologies for the limitations of writing, because I didn't write that at all. I'm saying imo we already know the answer and why I think it's an already-determined thing, but what you want to think and do is up to you. if you want to think it's CM, feel free - -I think it's already clear that's it's not.

That's not what I said. Please don't put words in mouth. It's extremely odd IMO that no one other than an advocate for immigrants has come out in his support, esp in this day and age of social media and esp in light of his specific age. This includes news sites as well.

I actually don't find it odd. I am sure they he has friends that are supporting him. They are not going to have their name all over the Internet and FB showing their support, so other people in town can yell at them, call them names, and hate on them for showing him support. That is what will happen. It has happened in every other case I have followed and one I know personally.

While, not a missing person case and VERY different, hear me out. I have known this family for 30 years. Over the summer, one the family members, broke the law and did something horrible and resulted in the death of another guy. I have known this guy forever and he is a great father, son, and friend who made a horrible decision that has destroyed his family and destroyed another families as well. When this happened it was all over the Internet and FB. In the beginning, a few people commented saying things of support about him, not excusing it, but support and answering questions. The backlash was unbelievable. Disgusting, actually. Swears and hateful comments were thrown at people.

I just wanted to share something I experienced.

The fact that he worked for Sprint is a clue. Turnover in cell phone stores is incredible. I don't know how long he worked there but he stole a phone and they caught him so I doubt it was long. They should look at where he worked before that. The kidnapper/killer of the Arkansas real estate agent buried her at his previous place of employment.

I don't think (IMO) HF is directly inolved. I think there could be an indirect connection. But some days I think EA is the lone assailant. I go back and forth A LOT!

I do too. But at the end of the day (hate that stupid phrase but I'm too tired to think of something else) I still come back to EA alone. Only thing IMO HF did was not pick up his phone. If he had she prob would have spent the night at PPs and wouldn't be missing today. And like Jonni said....he's going to have to live with that for the rest of his life. MOO

IMO the real estate angle has been concerning...e.g. Are there properties that would present an opportunity to hide things? Even recall it mentioned up string this could be why there was a significant amount of cleaners in the trash etc.

The interesting thing is TREC has no Arochi licensed real estate agent/broker in the state of Texas....none.

What is TREC? I thought it was on LinkenIN that he was just in Real Estate. I don't think it specified that he was a Real Estate Agent or Broker. He could have just worked in an office.

The thing is, he doesn't seem to have any friends. I haven't seen any social media comment in support of him. Not one "he isn't the kind of guy who would do this." The only support I've seen has been towards his family. And the people who have come on here have all basically said he kept to himself, moved around from different groups of friends.

I still think the best clue we know is in the timeline, specifically the time frame from the last known (to us) ping and getting gas at Kroger. Where could he have gone? If he was cleaning his car at work, that tells me that he didn't have time to do it prior to 10:15 when he's seen washing the back of his trunk. How far could he have gone and gotten back by then?

I agree.. Oddly he has over 700 FB "friends" which I never put much stock into (always seemed "grammar school" to me), but you would think out of those 700+ at least a couple would come forward in support... I have seen NO signs of that. But other than the phone theft, he seems to have a relatively clean record, at least that we can see... Which brings me back to the question.. WHY was he at that party??

True...Personally, I don't put much stock into SM "friends".. it's like a game to show how many you have.. I had around 300 FB "friends". Once I went through them, I noticed that I only actually knew maybe 75 of them.. and I could easily delete half of those ..

Fair enough. We all know about trolls and how horrible and hurtful they are. I guess my point is if there were people out there who really believed in this guy - esp at the beginning before any of the affidavits came out, before the arrest - someone would have said something to the affect of " I can't imagine he would ever hurt anyone" or "I know the guy and this is shocking." Plus he's in his early 20s. Fearless when it comes to social media.
