I know we've discussed this ad nauseam.. Yes, he had 4 days. He did not know that & for all he knew, he had 4 hours.. Personally I don't believe he would have waited any length of time to hide her...

I don't believe he waited to hide her either, but technically he had until he was arrested to dispose of her body.

Unless she was unconscious.

Correct.. my comment was in regards to Batman's comment of her screaming in the trunk...

snipped comment:

".... a type of DNA that could have been found in the trunk to correlate with being kidnapped would be saliva....from screaming for him to let her out."

Technically - yes; Realistically - no... JMO!

I'm guessing the guy with the beard is SN? Is that right? There is another picture of him on Jonni's Twitter where she calls him "Steven" and says he is a good friend of Christina's.

that is what I think too!! (the beard guy)

Also food for thought -(kinda breaking news confirmation)
Per the preview show for tonight .. Phone records show CM called her Ex-BF ALP at 2:57am
also PP called CM at 2:04am ( thought they were all together?)

Also- if they were in a fight over the phone .. *confused* HF says he lost his phone they were in a fight on??

I noticed that... it looks like he either didn't answer or their phone conversation was less than a minute (per 1 minute phone call duration on phone records)

Is that a mod rule? If so, I must have missed it. I was out of the country when he was arrested and instead of really through all the threads, I just jumped back in. Thank you in advance for letting me know!
No, it's not a mod rule. Several posters, including me, objected to using EA's ADHD as reason to indicate that he has sociopathic tendencies. I think it was misunderstood by other posters that we were saying he doesn't display sociopathic tendencies, but that's definitely not what I meant, at least. IMO, his calm demeanor as he casually spewed lies (lies about kidnapping & god knows what else!) in the interviews is reason enough to wonder about the possibility of sociopathy. I just think it's pointless to try to link it to ADHD. JMO.

It also appears ALP called her at 3:37 and was a 4 min convo. IMO

Good eye, had to go back to see. I'm not sure if it would be within TOS to post the screen shot. I'm guessing no.

Of course I realized that. I was pointing out to you a reason why she would not have grabbed the release handle. You can be unconscious and still emit saliva.

So then right after she hangs up with ALP, she calls SN - wonder what was really said on that phone call.

Safe to say there is A LOT we don't know. Though, many of us have speculated that there is much much more to CM disappearing. UGH. Where is she?!

Not in his trunk, on the outer opening or "lid" as some news reports say. I think the current analysis of the auto, now that it has been impounded, will reveal whether she was in the trunk or not.

Although, now that EA has an attorney, whatever they do to the evidence must be done with a defense expert/member/attorney present as well. So, the free reign days of dealing with an unrepresented suspect are gone.

In my opinion, EA aided the prosecution/PD greatly by waiting until he was arrested to hire an attorney. This is no criminal genius, again, in my opinion.
Page 7, in the last sentence of 1st full paragraph, of the arrest warrant clarifies:
"...the amount of DNA that was present on the swab taken from interior of Enrique Gutierrez Arochi's trunk..."

I have the arrest warrant saved on my phone, but can't attach it to this post (I'm using Tapatalk) for some inexplicable reason, but I'm sure you can easily locate the arrest warrant in its entirety at the beginning of this thread.

Very safe to say...there was more interaction going on via telecommunications. wonder how long this had been happening?

What are y'all saying is significant about the communication? Why wouldn't she communicate with them?

There was probably tons of communication going on between CM and SN, ALP HF, etc. throughout the night or prior to that night. I don't find it unusual for people that age to communicate with multiple members of the opposite sex, even if one of them is an ex. IMO that's how people that age behave.

CP- we might need to media link tonight's Preview- and then full episode after the fact ..
once it is media linked - a Mod should be able to give the OK to screenshot it.

I'm liking your thinking but in my mind I wonder if someone who had just caused the death of someone else (non specific to allow for all possibilities) and as far as we know has no previous history of harming anyone is going to be able to just go to bed and sleep? IF (and I stress the if) his parents weren't at home maybe he woke his brother, established the alibi and then went straight back out. Maybe he planned to be back and ready for work at 8, maybe he reckoned that as the manager no one would notice if he was a little late.

In that scenario he has much more time to think, plan where he's going to go and carry out his plan. I posted many threads back that I think it's very unlikley that anyone had in their head a place to dispose of a bodyo just in case they ever need to, I think we need to allow quite a time for him to work out where to go.

One fact that would be really helpful to know is how much gas he had left in his tank after the driving around and whether he visited a gas station before the trip to the Kroger. Here in England most gas stations have cameras that automatically record licence numbers to allow for tracking down non payers and so that LE can trace drivers without insurance/car tax - does that happen in TX? That could be really helpful.

JMO

I like SteveS's theory and timeline, too, and I think it is important to remember EA didn't know he would have the luxury of time before CM was reported missing. EA would have been in a panic to get her body out of his trunk. So I've wondered if that is why he returned to the Shops area, thinking he could take CM back to her car, but saw the activity of the other cars leaving the garage, and scuttled out of there. And then things got really complicated for him, given the cell phone ping close to his house before dawn, if he hadn't already gotten CM out of his car.

This is really weird. Why was she calling all these people in the middle of the night. We know she was frantically calling her bf (who wasn't responding), but to also call her ex-bf and SN (who she had seen just minutes ago).

Why was she so agitated? This can't be her normal behaviour. Did EA take advantage of whatever was going on?

What was really going on that night with Christina??

There is a preview video for tonight's "Disappeared" episode on Facebook:

https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=837617242951865&fref=nf

I think it's going to be pretty good. I don't have cable so I hope some of you will be able to let us know how it is!
Interesting how most of the preview focuses on HF, only adding EA's involvement at the very end (& calling him by his first name only). Wishing I had cable right about now! ;)
