What county is HF's case listed in for records?
He has cases in Collin Co. going back to 2008. More than two.

Yes .. I do not think he is reading anything here, twitter,fb or any other type of messages I have seen directed toward him.
I do not even know if they can hear music or watch animal planet at the CC jail.

I hope he hasn't had a wink of sleep! Maybe the defense attorney has someone lurking here - if he does, he will see what an uphill battle he has. I do think he will be aggressive at least based on what we know here, some of it is easy to tear down. But like someone said on here, Texas will see through this bs and a good case will be put on by the prosecution, if it goes that far. I'm still hoping he will tell where she is, even if it does take the DP off the table.

The trunk in a Camero isn't totally enclosed. Its open to the seat area.
You can toss something back into the trunk when sitting in the seats.

That's what I call it STEVE
the OPENING

I call it the trunk lid or hatch.
Sheesh!

Respectfully, "opening" and "lid"/"hatch" may be synonyms in your mind, but they certainly aren't in mine.

Ultimately, wherever they found the DNA is something they will demonstrate in court, without question. I don't disagree with that concept, and whatever it is, will be what it is.

I'm not conceding that it will be found that it was on the lid, but even if that were to be the case, it was still clearly described as inside EA's trunk. That mean's CM was IN HIS TRUNK, and EA would therefore know where and when she was removed from his trunk - and EA would be the one to ask if you want to find out where she is.

If he won't talk and tell where she is, I would like to see him get 99 years.

Check Federal Dept Of Justice -FBI,DEA & ATF

I think it's safe to say EA is not reading here.

Yep, it was a rhetorical question. His days of being on the internet at his leisure are over, especially if he keeps hiding what he did with CM.

If she was IN HIS TRUNK, I would think there'd be other hits than just the area near the edge. JMO Not saying she wasn't IN HIS TRUNK, but I don't see it as definitive as you do apparently. MOO

Probably because the DA just unloaded a stack of 2014 files off someones desk(my guess) JMO~

Three months later? That doesn't seem possible.

But seriously though, didn't he already serve time for this? Are these new charges? When I searched, it just said adult misdemeanor.

Quite possibly there were other hits......just not outlined in the affidavit.

I don't think that case has come to trial yet. IIRC he sat in jail because he couldn't get bail to get out, when arrested. And now he's dealing with bigger issues.

Do you have a link to the use of "hatch" or "lid"?

My copy of the affidavit uses the word "interior" multiple times, and the descriptive phrase "interior of EGA's trunk" along with the following: "CM's DNA was present in the interior trunk area of EGA's vehicle."

Her DNA was there, means she was there. EA put her IN HIS TRUNK.

Respectfully Eileen, to me there is a difference in the "interior of EA's trunk" & the "lid or hatch".. I personally read it as "in the trunk".. JMO

He was in there for a week, right? He did the time because he couldn't get bailed out. MOO

Probably, but I work with what I've got, not assumptions based on what they probably have. Although I'm sure they do. Convaluted much? lol

No. You have to have a trial. There would be a record of the conviction. And besides, the punishment for stealing a $600 phone isn't a week in jail.

ETA -
It would be a class A misdemeanor (theft of more value than $500 and less than $1500). The punishment is jail for up to one year, a fine of up to $4,000, or both. (Texas Statute § 12.21.)

I meant going on "that night" between Christina, HF & ALP. And also with EA hitting on SB, then possibly trying to get with Christina. To me, that's a hectic night. Maybe not for young people, haha.

Another thought about "hectic" when it comes to young people.
Why is it Christina could bring herself to text/call HF all morning long? We don't know if her log was filled will attempts earlier as well.
Back in my day, if he didn't call back, I pretended I didn't care. I know CM and HF lived together so what would be so urgent/why was CM so desperate to reach HF then?

The phone/text option tied to one's hip is foreign to me. I'm familiar with the custom though because there are young people in my life (who hardly want anything to do with me).
People are going to drive one another nuts by being all up someone else's arse all the time like they seem to be. IMO

Hopefully they'll add a couple of years to his 99 year sentence...

See I read it as coming from the rubber lip or the grove around the opening!
You know the part that when it closes seals the trunk.
