it was in a news article someone posted this morning before the hearing but the article just mentioned it in passing so im not sure if it is true or just a mistake.

Thanks. I saw that, but have not heard LE say hair. Not sure it that is the "they" we are referring to. At this point, I am only listening to LE, as I have learned a lot today. I had a lot of wrong information prior to today.

Today is one of those days where I am grateful for a desk job, with 2 monitors and some privacy.

I love your post... just saying! You are saying what I've been thinking
Reminder - - With all the new info, lots of distractions to the crucial point which has only been bolstered: EA had her IN HIS TRUNK.
...She was not there willingly, and she was not there for her welfare.
...That means he knows where she is because he removed her from his TRUNK.
...And for anyone else to have been involved (if they were, which so far nothing to show that) EA knows who that would be, because EA had her IN HIS TRUNK and no one else could have somehow run across her without EA knowing.

All roads to CM lead through EA. He knows where she is. He knows if anyone else was involved. He needs to talk and lead us to her, or fry.

I'm not sure. Hair was brought up and I was just pointing out that It was a fluid. As quoted from this article "either blood or saliva" although some others have said "Bodily fluids"

http://www.wfaa.com/story/news/crime/2014/12/19/documents-morris-dna-trunk-arochi-car/20638489/

No they said it WAS MOST LIKELY a bodily fluid which to me is pretty evasive it either is or it isn't.
these are forensics experts they should know if its a bodily fluid. Heck AN UV light will tell u that. Luminol!

But this would point to injury which they have no evidence of.

they didn't say they had no evidence of it they just said that DNA alone does not PROVE it. I believe they said no evidence SA had occurred.

That needs clarifying IMO, do they mean two different areas of the trunk or the trunk and somewhere else?

Reminder - - With all the new info, lots of distractions to the crucial point which has only been bolstered: EA had her IN HIS TRUNK.
...She was not there willingly, and she was not there for her welfare (and there's your crime of Kidnapping)
...That means he knows where she is because he removed her from his TRUNK
...And for anyone else to have been involved (if they were, which so far nothing to show that) EA knows who that would be, because EA had her IN HIS TRUNK and no one else could have somehow run across her without EA knowing.

Except that, they are not trying for Kidnapping, they are trying for Aggravated Kidnapping. And, they used point 4 of Aggravated Kidnapping as the basis for the arrest warrant.

Detective today said they have no evidence of point 4. So, don't be shocked if the bail is reduced.

thats the only place i've heard it mentioned I was simply answering the question IMO it was a reporter error.

Lab report indicates DNA from #EnriqueArochi trunk was mixture of #ChristinaMorris DNA & at least one other person; his DNA not yet tested

I believe she means 2 areas of the trunk, as no one else is reporting about any other areas.

Thanks. I agree with you. Probably was as I am not sure how they came upon that information for today's article.

Been following all day. Tho I am not in the courtroom, I haven't seen anything that directly or remotely points to a detective or LE admitting they have no evidence for the basis of the warrant. What are you talking about specifically?

Detective Stamm said, if we are to believe the reporters tweets, that they have no evidence of a sexual assault. That was the basis of the arrest warrant, point 4 under the Texas Code on Aggravated Kidnapping.

In two minutes? The defense is going shoot big holes in that one IMO.
They are calculating 3 mins. Christina weighed maybe 100 lbs soaking wet. Probably less IMO. It can happen quickly. Within a minute - minute and half. JMO
