It was the same day as his arrest. December 13. If was the same warrant for searching his parents' house. I don't have the link handy but did you just want the date?

No. I knew it was around there. I read it online somewhere, and it seemed like the affidavit was separate and specifically for asking the court for permission to take his DNA.

Thanks. I knew I couldn't have been the only one to see it!

I'm just thinking about this struggle/fight they had. She was fighting for HER LIFE. I'd say she found extreme strength and endurance like never ever before. As for him, he doesn't look very strong or muscular...well I mean strong enough to hold back/down a woman struggling with that kind of urgency unless he was in such an extreme rage &/or using amphetamines that amplify a persons strength.

I guess I'm having a hard time understanding his immediate urge to attack and the force involved to put her in the trunk. I suppose it's hard for me bc I've never seen (or heard of) anyone behave that way without an extensive violent past.

Something occurred but what/how? I know it's irrelevant bc she was in his TRUNK, but I'd like to put that pice of the puzzle together at some point.

When do u think they will have his DNA?
This boggles my mind after all this time and he is and has been the primary POI.
It boggles my mind as well. Per PPD's releases and testimony:
1)They knew EA was lying since early September;
2)They knew his car was damaged since early September;
3)They knew he had cuts/bruises/abrasions since early September.

Geez, it isn't that I don't believe that PPD cares, I actually believe that they would LOVE to have solved this earlier. But it is now mid-January and with all of the tools available, tracking device, DNA labs, phone records, they are only closer to convicting EA. Their case is better if they find Christina's body and that has always been the families primary objective. There is a point where local LE needs to quit being dipsh*** and produce the results of finding Christina.

I agree. That is the most confusing to me as well: the traveling north on 121 and then returning. This is really the part that makes me question if others were involved and/or she went willingly. To me it makes more sense to think she agreed to ride somewhere with him and then he made some excuse to stop or pull over and something happened then. Or they were going somewhere and either he got a message from someone (or he pretended to) and that's why he double backed. Of course how do you explain the thoughts of a person who appears to be responsible for someone's disappearance/murder??? It's hard to put logic to work here, if you ask me. But I just try to piece things together somehow.

If her phone actually did die, and she had been aware that EA texted HF for some "good rock," for all we know EA could have told her that HF responded and said "Meet me at that parking lot north of 121 and Alma." And even if it weren't true, maybe CM fell for it and EA said, since he's pissed and won't answer you just ride with me over there, he'll have to talk to you once he sees you there and you can make up and stop fighting. Maybe that's how he got her in the car. Then they exit 121 and sit there waiting and then he makes some move on her and that's when it all happened. Then he thought he'd bring her to the Shops to dump her off but those cars were leaving the garage so she decided to drive back to Allen.

Just spit ballin' ideas here
. Trying to make sense of the timing of texts and lack of cell use and phone ping timing. All just my "creative thinking."

That's what we're all doing at this point. No worries.

Yeah it was on the last page of the warrant asking to swab for his DNA because the his location for said swabbing was CCDC as opposed to the house address so they had to put it on a different page I guess (?)

Ease up. There are cases like this that aren't solved for years. We are think they have one, if not the only player, involved.

Remember, everyone involved has sets or rules and laws to follow as to not screw up the prosecution. Better to take the time and get it right than rush into it and have those responsible released due to errors.

It's frustrating, of course, because CM's family is in unimaginable pain. But, they appear to be resolved strongly to the end; so, we should be as well.

It IS frustrating, but I think they just have to very careful and have everything in order before trial. One screw up or misstep and the defense could work to get it thrown out. Then you deal with a guilty person walking. Ugh. We don't want that!

Just throwing this out there...Hopefully LE has already looked into it but in case they haven't...wonder if other vehicles have been looked at for damage that would correlate/match up with damage to EA's? For example, ex bf. current bf, other party-goers, etc. Maybe EA got blocked in somewhere, maybe somebody was chasing him and tried to cut him off, maybe EA tried to run someone else off the road or get them out of his way...........

Did they go to buy drugs?
Did the buy go bad?

Yes do they all have the same cars they had when she went missing?

Ya mean...LE didn't grab the cup he was drinking from while being interviewed the first time???

If HF never replied to the "good rock" request, perhaps, someone else did. IDK.

So true .. but then we have this comparison as well ...

Catherine Ross @CatherineNBC5 · Jan 15
Arochi to Police: "Trust me, none of this would've happened if I'd walked her to car", says he doesn't even know what she drives

So both said "None of This would have happened IF."....
so similar in their perspectives
Almost as if it was rehearsed? Two separate interviews from the last person seen with her and the last person she was trying to contact that night. But none of this would have happened if these two upstanding gentlemen had protected Christina :blah:

I think by reading between the lines a little with LE you can see a lot.

They are saying there was a lot of christinas DNA found in the trunk. (Never said which dnA type)
They are saying luminol and the most high tech gadget detected blood
And went on to say they do not believe she is alive.

If you combine all these things together, IMo, it would seem as if LE is telling us the DNA In the trunk is blood. They didn't specify so perhaaaaaaps I am wrong. But to me, putting those all together would make sense to me.

Just remember LE doesn't spell everything out and is still trying to keep things close to them.

Jmo.

I agree, but I just believe that the 'keeping things close to the vest' strategy has been ineffective. They had a lot of resources that they DIDN'T use (and still don't use effectively) that are perfectly legal. I'll cut short my rant but the keeping quite strategy was used because it was more community and business friendly, certainly not because it was the most effective.
