I am mostly swayed by CM's mom, who certainly has no agenda other than find her daughter, and who has seemed to be satisfied with HF's explanations (whatever they are). I think JM says them going for days without contact was NOT abnormal, and it has sounded to me like it was a relationship where they each pushed the boundaries. So who knows? Maybe her being gone for days, or him, and ignoring calls or not trying to get in contact, was just part of the "game" they used to push each other's buttons. Relationships can be weird, especially if it's someone else's you're trying to understand and not your own.

Or maybe daisytrail's thinking is more insightful: "Also, he was partying and he may have been busy doing business. Maybe he was just not that into her anymore. He's not going to say that now, of course."

I don't know that her feelings with HF remain the same as before he was arrested though. Jmo.

JMO~ I am not convinced Arochi put CM in his trunk . JMO~
We have been told that DNA matching CM were found in 2 spots in the trunk and swab match from the edge of the trunk in the court bond hearing.
JMO~I see NO real motive for EA to harm CM JMO~

I agree with you about the lack of motive and that has been hindering my own thoughts on what might have happened that night. I can't however agree that EA didn't put Christina in the trunk (sorry Steve can't do the caps ). Do you think that she wasn't there despite the pretty convincing DNA that suggests she was or that it was someone else who put her there?

That's the price one pays. Check in with Casey Anthony's parents, Jodi Arias' family, etc etc etc. we don't blame you for being the lone wolf, I mean, someone's gotta be. But that's the "reward" they live with for their children's behavior. EA's family is no different. Lynch mob, probably, we are Texans in case anyone of yall forgot. We love our death penalty, we love our guns, and we LOVE justice one way or another. Sorry we're kinda redneck that way :toastred:

Respectfully, I am a Texan, bred, born and raised here. Yes, I love my guns. Yes, I love that we have the death penalty and you can actually see the line move - although after being a member of websleuths I do see other options besides the death penalty. I am not, however, of a LYNCH MOB MENTALITY. I am first and foremost an American and I believe in our legal justice system. It is the greatest one in the world - just my opinion. I love America, God, Guns and Texas. Can't wait to see American Sniper. Again, I repeat, I do not believe in the LYNCH MOB MENTALITY. Let law enforcement do the job it is paid to do, let the lawyers do the jobs they are paid to do and let the trial begin. EA is not a terrorist. He's not a lone wolf - again just my opinion. He is, however, a young man the same as the other young people present at the BIG PARTY at Shops At Legacy. He drank too much. He did a few too many drugs. He ain't the only one. Torturing an American citizen on American ground is just wrong - again just my opinion. How about we leave that to the military and the torture of the TERRORISTS who want to kill thousands upon thousands of Americans, and behead innocent civilians? Waterboard the hell out of those people. Pull their fingernails and toenails out, but please let's leave America and Americans from being tortured. We have so few rights left in this country it is already unrecognizable as to what our forefathers dreamed for America to be - strong, proud and a leader.

It's not EA's parents or sibling's fault that EA went to this party, just as it isn't Christina's mom's fault that Christina attended the same party. It is what it is. A bunch of young people getting together on a Friday night to PARTY - drink and do drugs. Bad things happen when that situation arises - period. Drugs and alcohol are a bad combination - Can we agree? If you don't, that's fine. This is a free country and God Bless America that we all have the right to express our opinion thanks to our military and servicemen such as Chris Kyle.

Love, Peace and Prosperity to everyone! :beersign:

It's possible she still loves him. You can love someone and stand by them and still not agree with the things that they do. However, I do have to wonder how the parents of all the young people who have died from the bad pills are feeling right now? Reckon they have a hang'em high mentality or will they let the wheels of justice prevail? Let's hope those poor people who have lost sons and daughters as young as 17 and probably younger that we don't know about take the high road and not the low, torture the hell out of him, pull his fingernails out, waterboard him, etc. to get him to tell the truth.

I am glad I had to wash my hair and watch Downton Abbey.

I see people here as being in four groups:

1. They believe EA did it and most likely did it alone.
2. They believe EA did it and most likely had help from a family member.
3. They believe EA did it and it was done as a part of a drug conspiracy in which Christina somehow went afoul of the wrong people.
4. People who have been sleuthing this so long that they are having trouble letting go.

I think there is complete agreement that EA did it, or at least did something because she was in his trunk.

Is there any one that believes EA had nothing to do with the death of Christina? I thought so.

What is left to discuss? Essentially, the thing most worth discussing is where Christina could be. Another thing that is of interest is motive, but to me that comes back to Arochi, a pretty boring guy of limited intelligence and imagination. Discuss the motives of other people and most likely we are in violation of the rules laid down by the mods.

BBM. Yes, this. How can we, the community of WS posters, use the strength of that community to help figure out where Christina might be?

txyorkiemom, I enjoy reading your posts and you have great input and insight. No disrespect intended but rather you have me very curious as to how Christina's DNA may have ended up in EA's trunk? Would you be so kind to give me an example of what you're thinking? Possibly from an item of clothing or something of hers being placed in the trunk? Someone purposely planting DNA of CM's in his trunk? etc etc etc
Thanks in advance. You have my gears smoking but they're not going anywhere...

It has been reported that Christina was sick earlier in the evening - threw up. I don't have a quote, but I do have this:

"He said Morris was wearing the same clothes she had on at the bar, contradicting Petrosky’s report that she had changed clothes."

http://m.starlocalmedia.com/allenam...862-9de4-11e4-b48e-5765cf2b7e65.html?mode=jqm

Perhaps, in the evening with SB drove PP and EA to get burgers, CM was sick at that time and she and SN stayed back in the apartment to keep a cool rag on her forehead/throat to prevent her from throwing up again. My mom always did that for me when I had bad migraines. Perhaps clothes with vomitus could have gotten on Camaro.... I don't know. Just rambling thoughts.

BTW, I love TYM's posts too. She's a common sense lady who is a straight shooter.

You know what even more bizaar is that these were only VOICE calls. Texts are listed in another portion of the bill apparently. I don't have Sprint so I'm just going off of others here, but ya, a crap load of calls when her age group usually texts non-stop as their primary communication venue, so who know what happened on texts!!!!

Don't forget the imessages as well, they were all burning up the airwaves

I believe the parent of missing young adult can have an agenda, first and foremost to find the child. Hypothetical situation here: Perhaps you wouldn't want the public to know your child was playing house with a drug kingpin. Maybe you wouldn't want people to know that they argued a lot and fought a lot and so you said that any fight between them was no big deal. Maybe you would cover for the significant other of your child and say they were home sleeping in bed and that's why they didn't report your child missing and that they lost their phone for 4 days and that's why they never got the 15 calls from your child. Maybe they wouldn't want people to know that the night of the party the significant other was significantly closer than the house in another city - perhaps about 15 to 20 minutes away. I don't know. Just playing devil's advocate here folks... :dervish: Let's hope any parents agenda is to find the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth in their child's disappearance.

So, how do you think Christina got in EA's trunk? Because LE feels she left a substantial amount of DNA in his trunk.

As to motive, just because we can't figure it out doesn't mean there isn't one. Who do you think did have motive?

Bottom line, for me: EA's car, his trunk, his actions later that day--he knows exactly what happened. IMO.

True but it's not unheard of to blowup your boyfriend's phone when you're fighting and he refuses to talk to you. Not that I'm speaking from experience, of course, just something I've heard somewhere. ;)

Yep, and it's possible a arsehole boyfriend will use a little tactic called emotional abuse to not answer your calls. And cause you to panic and have to rush to his side to make sure he's not with another woman or that he's okay and not mad at you. Those kind of boyfriends make crappy husbands.

Yes, the pictures of two keys. Two keys to what - the car - Nope, don't think so. The keys to the house - I don't think so. Keys to a motel or hotel room - maybe. Why drive to Fort Worth? That's a long drive.... Not so much to where the boyfriend was staying that night.

I can see that. But IMO hiding or trying to change perception of your daughter's lifestyle and going after the one you think is responsible for her disappearance are two different things.

I think - as I know a few others have mentioned - if Jonni had any inkling he was remotely involved she would have guns blazing in his direction. She doesn't, nor has she with the exception of immediately after he was busted. Jonni, Anna, JMOM....they didn't mince words too much. They all pretty much said they felted duped and didn't know what to think.

That thinking has obviously changed. Why? I don't know. It's not because he's out doing searches or hanging flyers. If I had to guess it's because of info from PPD. Although they say "nobody is cleared" I would wager they have more than a few people cleared. All JMO of course....

Really? That does not bode well for us single ladies. Most men I know run from arguments, hate conflict. I theorize that's because they are usually in the wrong. ;) (sorry SteveS, etc).

Most hotels and motels I have seen have electronic keycards. I dont think I hsve ever used a key that lookes like a house key to open a hotel or motel door. JMO. But good observation it was not a car key in her hand.

Really? My experience is most men believe they are right and disagreeing can sometimes bring out the worse in someone who has been drinking. I believe most men tend to favor SA too, but that's just my experience (not necessarily for sex either but for the ability to control and dominate you); i.e. being told they would like shove a shotgun up my arse and blow my effing head off in front of my 4 y/o son; including and not limited to being shoved down from behind and sat own and pinned down with the arsehole's beer and cigarette breath 1 inch from your face telling me "to STFU and act right or he's going to kill my stupid arse."

I guess we all have different life experiences.

Ahhh! Modern technology! Key cards, I forget. Don't stay in many hotels or motels. Kind of OCD about foot fungus and lice and mites and STD's.

So what could the keys have meant? I'm puzzled. We discussed code for 2 kilos. If we're talking sex trade, what would 2 keys mean?

Aweful. So sorry that you had to experience a man treat you like that. Unfortunately, abusive and controlling people are more common then we like to speak about. JMO

Could it be to deflect away from the BF? Surely if CM shared everything with her family as was stated in the article, they would know of any side businesses, which I think AM did admit.

I still say no one has been cleared, the two who might know the most are in jail and not going anywhere, and for the rest of the partygoers and the ones that CM spoke to by phone that night - maybe they're still shaking in their boots. I pray to God they are still shaking in their boots.
