I buy lots of it to clean the kennels we have for our son's dogs. Works great. Now I do shop vac a lot cause I have a dog who sheds so much on the truck seats. I hate to not take him 4-wheeling cause he loves it so. I would hate to think what the police would think if they looked in my trash. Scary!

I don’t think the police would think anything unusual about it at all, unless you were the last person to be seen with a missing person, showed up around 2 hours late to work the following day with damage to your vehicle and unexplained injuries to yourself, and then lied repeatedly to them about everything related to the missing person. But if you hadn’t done any of those things they would have no reason to go through your trash anyway. JMO

Why would he kidnap her?

Im confused about the kidnapping charges.

Why not just a murder charge? Why not abduction?

Abduction is simply another term to describe a kidnapping. Kidnapping is the title for the crime used in Texas law, and what a person would be charged with.

I don't know where you got the rest of the info on "abduction" that you quoted, and who is trying to make it into something distinct, but in relation to Texas law, I gotta say the distinctions they mention are pure hogwash, to put it bluntly.

I thought this was interesting. It's from the Aaron Hernandez trial, but it's relevant to this case, and all of the texts that EA deleted:

Leal: Sprint doesn't keep record of text content; cost-prohibitive, over-abundance of information #AaronHernandez

I need some clarification. Back in the beginning I thought EA decided to leave PP's apartment and Christina decided to leave with him. Now, I see references to Christina leaves and EA decided to go with her. Which is correct? I've confuzeled myself.

I just looked up the difference between kidnapping and abduction

Well, they are still looking for my ex. I told them he went for a pack of smokes and never came back. Good thing they never dug under the swimming pool. Yay for pool chemicals and Lyme. ;)

Abduction is legally defined as the process of carrying someone away by force or fraud. While kidnapping involves carrying another person away, it does not have to be by fraud. Kidnapping typically involves capturing another individual with the intent to hold him for ransom or using the individual as a hostage. Abduction and kidnapping have several differing characteristics

So my question
Why Kidnapping?
did he call HF and want drugs for her return?

LOL ODO-BAN is an air freshener. It is not a disinfectant cleaner I buy it! U get it in sams or
cosco and its in bulk. You don't even know if he bought for heavens sake. Ill bet his MOM purchased it and they use it in the home like I do.

I cant believen u would convict someone of a crime because of odo-ban!

Really?? Did I say I had him convicted on Odo-ban? I know what it is, and I'm pretty sure I know what he used it for - and he used TONS of it. It doesn't matter if HE bought it or if he asked mommy to get 4 or 5 bottles (or whatever it was). LE knows.

I remember it as "he jumped at the chance to walk Christina to her car". The other girls wanted him to leave after being lecherous and trying to get with SB. I am betting on this. And why he kidnapped her isn't the question for me - it's why he killed her, and I think he went into a rage. He snapped, happens all the time. He could have taken another Adderall after eating. His co-workers said you could tell he was on something.

He "kidnapped" her so he wouldn't leave a dead body in the garage, knowing he was the last one with her, IMO. They can't prove murder yet, so AK will do for now.

Yes LE knows we do NOT!

As for me Im not so sure.
I think it does matter who purchased the ODO-BAN.

That's my memory as well. Perhaps it has become reversed as it fits the scenario?

Why cant we discuss all theories here?
I do not try to make anyone here feel they have to agree with me or anything I post.
Some of us don't agree with others THIS is what keeps this thread alive!

Carlton said it. Wish they would come back on here. I'm open to theories, just don't care for "I cant believe you...." type of answers. The only other thing I think could have possibly happened that involved others, is IF (HUGE IF), they (EA & CM) went to meet ALP to get more rock, and he killed Christina and beat up EA - and I just don't think it happened. EA's lies, lies, lies, and more lies sealed his fate for me and I think LE is on the right track. IMO EA didn't want the night to end, he had been rejected twice, his buzz was on or coming down, and I personally think something Christina said to him (or laughed at him, whatever) sealed her fate.

And my point is, legally there isn't any difference. At least not in Texas.
