I try to keep up with 36 threads here, (and a couple other cases that I read) but I miss some posts or pages. When was EA indicted for AK?

TIA.

Two Sprint employees said Arochi “bullied” them and told them not to talk with police in the days after she went missing.

“He tried to act like he was doing us a favor, [saying] ‘I don’t want them to harass you.'"

Carlton said it. Wish they would come back on here. I'm open to theories, just don't care for "I cant believe you...." type of answers. The only other thing I think could have possibly happened that involved others, is IF (HUGE IF), they (EA & CM) went to meet ALP to get more rock, and he killed Christina and beat up EA - and I just don't think it happened. EA's lies, lies, lies, and more lies sealed his fate for me and I think LE is on the right track. IMO EA didn't want the night to end, he had been rejected twice, his buzz was on or coming down, and I personally think something Christina said to him (or laughed at him, whatever) sealed her fate.

There was a friend of Christinas that went missing on 8/31 he was friends of hers on FB and they went to HS together. They found out he wasn't missing he was arrested down by Oklahoma for DRUGS. anyone remember that?

What? Employees said something derogatory about a 24 yr old manager in a phone store? Employees said something negative about a boss.
ok.

Were they under oath?

Investigators said there were no signs of foul play or a struggle near her car. Her last 15 phone calls went to her boyfriend, whom she lives with, but he never reported her missing, Morris' parents said.

They realized she was missing when her boss called.

I need some clarification. Back in the beginning I thought EA decided to leave PP's apartment and Christina decided to leave with him. Now, I see references to Christina leaves and EA decided to go with her. Which is correct? I've confuzeled myself.

Detective Stamm said that during the interview. Enrique Gutierrez Arochi said he went to the Shops of Legacy with a group of friends which included Christina Morris. At the end of the evening, he left his friend Paulina Petrosky’s apartment with Christina Morris and they walked back to where their cars were parked.

[from later]

Affiant Busby believes Christina Morris would have had to have been placed or forced into the trunk of Arochi’s vehicle without her consent by Enrique Gutierrez Arochi in order for her DNA to be present in that location. Affiant further believes based on the anger Arochi displayed at Petrosky’s apartment towards Sabrina Boss when she refused his sexual advances towards her that Enrique Gutierrez Arochi intended to violate or abuse Christina Morris sexually. Affiant believes Enrique Gutierrez Arochi was sexually frustrated that Boss rebuffed his sexual advances and an opportunity presented itself for him to act upon his anger and sexual frustration when he found himself alone with Christina Morris.

Rick Staub, Plano PD Crime Scene Investigation manager, testified that criminalists used a forensic tool called Blue Star to test for blood in Arochi’s vehicle. When the substance was sprayed in the trunk, two spots “luminesced faintly,” which Staub said indicated the presence of blood.

“It certainly would be consistent with a bodily injury due to the large quantity of her DNA,” he said.

According to its website, Blue Star is considered “the most effective blood revealer available on the market.” Stamm testified that it appeared a cleaning agent had been used on the mat, which is still undergoing tests at the lab.

Staub said the sample taken from the trunk lining contained a mixture of DNA of Christina and at least one other person. Since authorities did not have a DNA sample from Arochi prior to his arrest, they did not compare it to him at the time.

Lead Detective Robyn Busby described the injuries she witnessed on Arochi’s hands and right forearm during interviews just days after Christina’s disappearance. In a Sept. 3 interview, Arochi told detectives he sustained the injuries while rotating his tires and peeling paint off the rims of his tires. The search warrant affidavit indicated that his story did not match the injuries.

Interesting post by
surfieTX on 9/28 thread 3 I believe post 548 (I do not know how to bring it over)

I will preface this by saying this is my own opinion and a possible scenario. After reading that Gianni, Sal and Ilona were indeed involved with drugs (heroin, Xanax), when it was vehemently denied by everyone at first, is it possible that Christina wasn't planning on leaving the apartment? She has a known connection (which we can't sleuth, so I won't say). It's not terribly unheard of for after hours parties to continue on partying. Could everyone in the apartment that night who wanted something give her some money and another party-goer who was wanting to leave walked her back to the garage where a sale would take place or she would drive to the sale? Said connection would know she had $$$$ on her from everyone at the party. The drug connect and herself would be somewhat known to one another in a general, peripheral kind of way and thus the sense of trust to voluntarily get into a car or meet up alone.

What did LE find when they searched CM's home? I've only followed a few missing persons cases, but it seems it is customary to search the missing person's home to rule things out, find evidence - maybe.... and what not. TIA>

Even if they parked close to each other if he didn't know what kind of car she has how would he know he parked next to her?

The affidavit is quite clear that video showed that EA drove into the garage with Christina immediately behind him.

It is impossible IMO that he didn't know which car was hers

Another interesting tidbit!
Henrys is the only bar on the north side that stays open till 2 am the south side has more and has more security guards.

there is only one security guard for the north side and he does not usually stay all night.

If this is true,,,
Who did the three cars seen leaving belong to?

Reading thread three!

The statement came from the second affidavit:
https://cbsdallas.files.wordpress.com/2014/12/380a-20141212-arrest-10-sw-arrest-return-sealed.pdf

I actually added (sept 24) which the affidavit does not state.

"Detective Caballero translated this note for Affiant. According to Detective Caballero the note listed the following items: black shirt, texts from the 29th through today's date, bank bills, and cellular bills. Affiant believes these items to be evidentiary items in this case."

I understand that the date of the second trash pull was 24 Sept but I don't think that necessarily means that "todays date" was 24 Sept. It may be totallt irrelevant but it bugs me that it's not clear.

Where I live we are meant to put our trash cans out by 7am on the collection day and mostly people put them out the evening before - is this the same in TX? For "todays date" to be the trash pull date the note must have been both written and put into the trash before it was collected on Sep 24. This doesn't make sense to me, why write yourself a note if you're going to have acted on it straight away (i.e. before you put it in the trash on that same day)

Anyway, as I say maybe not important at all but I'd like to know more about it.

Didn't the phone bill shown on the ID show prove that the last 15 calls weren't to HF?

I suppose it depends on how you define "saw", it says that "video footage also indicated both vehilces were parked within close proximity of each other".

It is correct to say that LE didn't see it happen but I haven't seen any suggestion that the video tapes had somehow been altered although I do accept that it could have happened.

If they have video of them parking next to each other and walking away they have video of exactly what happened in that garage! Right?

I think they only know they parked next to each other by what someone has TOLD LE
I don't think they were seen parking JUST SEEN entering
