I mostly agree.

IMO, something to do with drugs got her in the car (either a purchase, or to get high), which resulted in an attempted sexual advance, that went very wrong..

It may have been something simple, such as "wanna smoke a joint, before you head back to Ft Worth?" She was maybe stressed because of her bf & took EA up on it.. That may be why he took the tollway.. you wouldn't want to ride around the Plano streets at 4:00am smoking weed... and after all, he did later admit to having some weed that evening.

7 months missing, today. Where are you Christina?

I was just thinking about how much pain Christina's family goes through everyday. Every month is the anniversary. If she were deceased, they could grieve and move in a healthier direction. Instead, every month they hold a vigil. Hoping and too scared grieve. This is cruel.

You know, I am still suspicious that they have HF locked up. I know, I know...it's unrelated. If that is true, what a horrible time in his life. Can you imagine? Talk about hitting bottom. And, from what I understand, his family can't be of much help to him.

This is such a sad story for everyone involved. Even Madden. Even EAs family. Even us.

Suspicious of what?

The issue with the perception of him has always been his involvement in the drug scene. Now that he's in jail from an arrest for dealing drugs, it seems to me like it's nothing more than life unfolding in an obvious way, not in a suspicious one.

Is there something else?

When I've seen HF in interviews, he's certainly weird (but, to be fair, most of that impression comes from a staged show and perhaps he came off as creepy because he's just a really bad "actor" for a reality drama). But objectively, I've yet to see real evidence that ties him to THIS crime, while there is a TON that puts EA right in the middle of it all.

It's odd when a missing person's live in boyfriend is in jail, as well as the person last seen with her. And that BOTH men lied about their whereabouts that night and BOTH men communicated via text that same night. Yes, I understand you believe it unrelated. That's ok with me. I don't have knowledge of Christina's exact moment of disappearance, nor how and why she ended up in that trunk, so that's why I used the word suspicious. I also said I feel sorry for him in a weird way. What a horrible time in his life. That's all.

I agree with you, actually. He was out sellng during the first month Christina went missing. It was his full time job. Ugh. And all those girls who have died from ingesting those drugs. Ugh ugh ugh.

ETA: not that I know if he sold the drugs that the girls have died from. Sorry to make that insinuation.

Observations:

After reading the Arrest Warrant (again), there is nothing that states CM left the garage in EA's trunk. The warrant says that she probably left the SAL area in Arochi's trunk (Granite pings?).

The notes from the hearing state: Stamm said the most probable thing that happened was an altercation in the garage lead to Morris in the trunk. (It DOES NOT state that this is where it happened.. )

More notes from the hearing: Criminalists did not find Morris’ DNA inside the interior of Arochi’s car, despite several swabs being taken from the passenger side of the vehicle and the interior door. (Does not state if her DNA was or was not found on the seat belt)

Please correct me if I'm wrong!

Maybe I'm just trying to find things to discuss...lol

ETA: I'm of the belief that CM got in the passenger seat, they went somewhere & headed back to the Shops, when "something" happened. This would explain why EA vacuumed meticulously & cleaned the passenger door (he didn't think to clean the seat belt, because it was probably in the retracted position) . I also think he might have gone home, with her IN THE TRUNK, to figure out his next move...

The other day while watching a show about another case (iirc Kelsey Smith, KS), a piece of evidence was revealed that could be applicable to Christina's case.
Since LE didn't find CM's DNA inside EA's car, I've wondered why LE cut out and kept the passenger side seat belt.
In the other case, LE collected the suspect's fingerprint off of the clasp from the seat belt in the victim's vehicle!
The suspect did a good job of wiping down the rest of the car but when he released the seat belt, he left a clear print on the clasp inside the victim's car!

So, what if Christina buckled the seat belt and when EA wiped the inside of his car down, he missed her fingerprint she left behind on the clasp.
Fingerprint and DNA are two different ways to identify someone, right?
Anyway, just throwing out a possibility for the reason LE kept the seat belt earlier in the case.
If Christina's fingerprint is on the clasp, it proves she was in EA's car contrary to his claims.
The fingerprint wouldn't prove he harmed her but shows CM was in his car.
Also, if true, a fingerprint provided LE a building block to further suspect EA after he said CM wasn't in his car.

It is also possible for the sweat on one's hands to leave DNA, but I also thought of something else: How short Christina was. If a short woman puts her seat belt on and turns her head to the side -- to look about the window, say -- it would be possible for her mouth or nose to touch the seat belt, possibly leaving behind DNA. The same with tears. I hate to think about tears, but she had been sad that day.

So utterly sad. Whether she means it or not about "forgiveness," I know I could never never never say those words!

The article says she "forgives" him. If you watch the video, it's "can forgive" (if EA tells the truth).. The journalist leaves one word out & it makes a pretty big difference..

ETA: Personally, "forgiveness" would not even be considered... jmo

Thank you for that clarification. Understand that I am not judging her in any way. She is assuming that Christina is still alive, as best as I can understand it. Obviously, that would make a difference.
