She said this about EA:

"One person the seasoned PI can’t seem to figure out is Enrique Arochi, the last known person seen with Morris before she disappeared.

“From the look of him and the way that he acts … there’s something not right about him. … He wasn’t being truthful, and my question would be, ‘Why?’ If you’re innocent, then sit down and talk to people,” Boudreaux said. “Don’t just go hide in your house – that’s ridiculous. The other day, I found out he had turned his phone off when he was on [State Highway] 121 between the Shops and Custer. And then the damage to his car, the scratches and bite marks on his arm, the limping. You think about things like that. I’m a straight shooter; I’m going to tell you how it is. If you look at his eyes, they jump really fast left to right when he’s talking. That’s abnormal.”

With all due respect to the PI, I don't see anything profound or surprising with her synopsis of EA. I believe most of us here, came to the same obvious conclusion about him... jmo imo

My point is he said he went to his car and she went to her car. But this would be bull if she didn't have her house keys which is usually attached to the car keys. Jmo. So Tulsa is not my main concern for the post I made. Thanks.

I don't get your point, but unless I misunderstand, it doesn't seem to fit the facts. By the time she left the apartment, she had her keys in hand (and as further evidence, she would have had no reason to walk to her car to drive home if she had no keys). So when the evidence shows she left the garage in EA's car, it clearly wasn't due to a lack of keys - maybe she had chosen to ride somewhere with EA voluntarily, or maybe she did so due to force or duress.

Praying that she has been found. And that all who are responsible left clues behind.

Well, I wonder what kind of road this is? Perhaps, one you could scratch your car up on?

EA drove to the deepest darkest ghetto area in Dallas (Bexar St) to hide CM?

For those who don't know the area, this is an area WITH lots of people rather than a place to be unseen. It's maybe an hour drive through civilization to go from where he lives to that spot (he couldn't have gone the quick way down the tollway, because the toll sensors would have given him away). And it's not a place for a light-skinned person to safely prowl around at night.

In general, in the woods near this addy and over the levee here might be a decent dumping ground for a body made deceased by someone who frequents that area. But to me, can't see that person being EA from a faraway suburb, due to the proximity and safety obstacles. I think we'll soon hear that this was very much a very local deceased that was found.

It would have been 5am. Are the natives still restless at that time of day. Or would they be busy thinking about scoring more drugs before the sun comes up.

I think anything is possible considering the spring rains we had.

This found body is not really a mystery. LE will make an identification in due course, if they haven't already.

Well it sounds unlikely based on what you said, but it's just as likely as anything else in my mind at this point, just because we really have no clue where he took her. In his mind, maybe he thought a place like that would be good because if she was found it would be blamed on the locals due to the neighborhood.

The location of the remains is also quite close to the hotel Christina's boyfriend was staying in that night. Curious and curiouser...

I have friends from back home who live less than a block from these remains, its not a great area but no one will kill you if you are walking down that street while light skinned, Its not the deepest ghetto in Dallas at all , I've dropped the female off at 2 in the morning at that location now with that said I would probably not want to stop and get gas in the area but its not like I'm scared to be white there and there are a lot of Hispanics in the area , I don't think it out of the question ....seriously Heather the bf was in a hotel close I missed that !!!!

I've always wondered if her boyfriend had something to do with it as well.

1) He wouldn't text her back. Not TOO odd, but a bit weird when you add it to the other things.

2) He didn't report her missing for 4 days, when she texted him telling him to leave the door unlocked.

3) He said he didn't report her missing because he thought she might be in Tulsa...when again, she texted him saying to leave the door unlocked for her THAT NIGHT.

Also I think a previous poster had a good point. She parked in the parking garage and so did Arochi. She stated in the text that she lost her keys so that is why she needed the door unlocked. When did she lose her keys? Before or after that night? I also assume 95%+ of people keep their house key and car key together. If she lost her house key that night, she probably lost her car keys too. Possibly Arochi was going to take her home since she lost her keys, and maybe she was going to check the bars the next day for her keys. This may have been verified that she lost her keys BEFORE that night and was maybe using an extra set for her car, but so far I haven't seen that stated anywhere that I recall so I thought it was a valid argument.

I have thought along these lines from the beginning. I envision EA taking her home because she doesn't have keys. Either the BF is home, or maybe finds the two of them there in the morning, major fight between the three of them, CM is somehow killed, disposed of, and everybody keeps their mouth shut. I just doubt that CM, being a petite girl, could have bruised up EA. I wonder if a man did that to him?

:seeya: Okay, I'm the odd person out here... :takeabow: I don't carry my house keys and my car key on the same key ring. My car key is on a separate ring with the fob. My house keys and office key are on a separate key ring. Hubby told me that if I put too much stuff on my car key ring that it's not good on the starter thingy. Thus, I carry keys separately. Yep! I'm SOL if I lose either set of keys. :takeabow:

BBM

On the flip side of that, I believe another guy would inflict much more damage to EA than was noted. Also, a petite girl, fighting for her life, may not win the fight, but could certainly do some harm!

He was mostly bitten and scratched on his right side, right? I think a petite girl could inflict those kinds of injuries. Also, hauling 100 pounds through the woods could certainly scratch you up.

I've always been suspicious of the boyfriend, too.

Here is how close the hotel is to where these remains have been found:

And here is the route to the hotel from the SAL:

"Quite close"? (modsnip) The hotel where HF stayed was north of downtown Dallas, and in the highest-dollar commercial district. The residential and low class area where this body was found is well south of the downtown Dallas area, in a decayed and rundown area all the way down near the levees. Closer than Allen, of course, but still not close at all.

Not that it really matters. There is nothing "curious" about a body that is found in South Dallas that isn't CM and has nothing to do with this case. I know some want to stir up support for every body that's found within 100 miles being "likely" to be Christina for some reason or another, but that's really not the case at all.

And most importantly to remember, CM was IN THE TRUNK of EA's car, so she is likely to be found at a site with actual proximity to where that car was (Allen TX) and might have gone, not closer to where HF was partying in the next county.

  • #859
There was to much going on between CM and her BF to simply ignore it. There is a reason these 2 men are in jail.

Someshing was going on between them before she.even went to the party.

All jmo

Except, it's documented she had her keys, and her actions support that as well. ~shrug~
