Let's see, a year has passed...it's not bad sleuthing to be reminded of what was stated by LE and what was thrown around as heresay. I can not remember every detail, even though I think about this case all the time. So, no reason to make anyone on this thread feel bad. Plus, we have new members who weren't here a year ago. Refreshes are good for us all.

I don't reLly care about the keys. I have no memory of seeing a text with the keys, but I do remember us hashing that out for weeks.

She went to the garage with EA. She ends up in his trunk. We have about 4-6 hours unaccounted for. There is a lot to ehash and re-discuss. Big deal? Isn't that why we are here, anyway?

Thank you. I could not for the life of me get that article up earlier. My links are old I assume.

Appreciate the post!

No problem at all, happy to assist.😀

It was mentioned that she left him a message about leaving the door unlocked. So maybe she found the keys later or pretended to lose them later with the hopes of him waiting up for her to get home.

Maybe she went with EA to score a upper to keep her awake before the drive home. Maybe she wanted to score as well to take some back home so her and hf could stay up and talk for awhile once she got home.

Idk. But it was obviously clear to EA and others that hf did not want to be bothered by her that night. So EA took advantage of the situation. Jmo.

EA took advantage of the situation. Jmo.

There may be way more truth to this simple statement - and way less "explanation" for what happened to CM that night - than anyone wants to accept. Predators do what they do, when they see an opening and a vulnerability. It doesn't take a long game plan or the perfect situation. And EA's prior behavior - unknown at the time - shows a history of being a predator.

It's just pretty ballsy to do it after immediately leaving a social gathering together. Everybody knew each other and he did not hesitate nor waste time to attack. Which makes me think he premeditated his thoughts right before they walked out the person's house together. Jmo.

I agree with you both. I think with the Adderall and alcohol he was susceptible to his predatory impulses, so combined with his documented sexual frustration, he acted on his impulse and it happened very quickly. Perhaps she felt somewhat at ease but he was going for more than what she was willing to do. Then badda bing, badda boom she's "IHT".

So she most likely found her keys.

It was late, so while it seems unlikely that she went with him willingly, I think she definitely could have at first. But why?

I feel like he was taking her somewhere (spy on boyfriend?) and took her somewhere else and took advantage of her. Maybe he had drank just enough to think she was interested. Maybe she was interested but not as much as he wanted, and he got mad.

It sucks, but really we just need to know where she is.

Did he toss her in a river, lake, pond? Bury her, burn her, or simply dump her? I wish he would just talk.

I've always wondered if she agreed to go with him to his home to get adderall. IIRC, CM and EA had prescriptions for the drug. However, I can see CM taking more than prescribed while out partying. If she ran out of hers and he said he had some stashed at his house, she could have went with him to get more pills (for the drive home and until she could get a refill). Just a thought... JMO MOO

TBH,,,, I don't think she lost her keys at all. I think she was frustrated with getting no response and tried to get his attention and then said never mind. Like with the "good rock" text, IMO an attempt to get his attention from EA looking to score a buy.

Maybe in fact she hoped to go with EA thinking that he (of all people) just might get in touch with HF.

It's good to see Christina's thread active again, goodness knows her family and friends appreciate knowing she isn't forgotten.

Many of you have contributed countless hours and days trying to figure out just what happened on that fateful night.

That being said, please keep the conversation constructive and address the posts and not your fellow poster. It simply adds nothing to bicker at each other when all opinions together may help in some way.

Thanks for your cooperation and still being here for Christina.

It's so hard to say, really. I know that some people on here probably want to punch their computer every time they see a post about the keys, but for those of us who have been here since Day 1 (or 4, I guess we should say) the keys have been speculated on in a bunch of different ways, and for a lot of reasons.

I've looked but can't find the interview where Jonni talked about the keys. It may have been the WS radio show??? Does anyone recall?
Anyway, in that interview, she stated that Christina had lost her keys and then found them again and that "people who were there that night" were playing tricks on her and hiding her keys from her. This led a few of us to question who and why. Now I know that Jonni may have been misinformed and obviously she was going on hearsay, but since she said it, let's go with it.
Were her friends hiding her keys to be funny/annoying?

Were they trying to force her to stay overnight? It was stated that she was going to stay, then changed her mind and want to get home due to the issues she was having with HF. If she "lost" her keys, would she have to stay over in Plano, and then they would "turn up" the next day when the friends felt things had cooled down?

Did EA hide her keys thinking that her could offer her a lift either all the way to Ft. Worth or at least to her dad's house in Allen?

Yes, I know the whole point is to find Christina but if this whole missing key episode happened, maybe it had something to do with how/why she left the garage with EA. Was she forced or did she go willingly? On the walk, in the last moments that we do not see on CCTV, did she check her bag and find her keys missing? Were they actually in EA's pocket? Did he offer to drive her to her dad's? on the way did he suggest they pull off and do a hit or two of something? There was some time between when he left the garage and then doubled back. Did they pull off to party and then he got handsy? Did she realize he had taken her keys and then get pissed off and grab the wheel while he was still driving? Did she somehow get hurt and he freaked out, threw her in the trunk, and then thought he could dump her back at The Shops? Did he get another call on the phone (which he later wiped clean) and did Christina then say, "Never mind about taking me to my dad's just bring me to so-and-so since they just called you and I'll find my keys tomorrow." and EA got pissed because he was hoping to get lucky.

"she stated that Christina had lost her keys and then found them again and that "people who were there that night" were playing tricks on her and hiding her keys from her. This led a few of us to question who and why."

Obviously determining "if" [keys were actually hidden] and "if so, why" can only be speculative ventures.

But I think there's at least one obvious answer that fits what has been said otherwise, that provides a completely normal account of the pre-walk evening, and fits with the idea that these people were friends.I would assume she had plenty of alcohol to drink during the evening. Maybe she was "fully served" - and more. And/or some weed or other downer? So after the walk to the apartment, and after the food arrived, maybe she was acting too intoxicated to drive, and one of her friends didn't want her to drive to FW in that state. So someone took her keys so she wouldn't drive herself into a wreck or worse. Then she began to get pissy and upset about her keys and they gave them back, after an interval.

We do know it was a full hour later, after she got her keys back, before she left. So maybe they (whoever it was) decided enough time had passed and she was going to be okay. Perhaps tried to talk her into staying and she said she had to go home, she's fine, time to go, etc. (On multiple occasions I've been the guy trying to keep a friend from driving while impaired, and I know how that conversation goes. They are going to go home at some point, in the vast majority of cases, and often the best you can do is try to delay the inevitable and hope they sober up as you do so. They get super pissy when they discover their keys are missing, so you give the keys back, but you also try to talk them into staying a while longer.) Maybe she took an adderall as an upper to wake her up, and that helped.

And all that would also fit with and explain why we've heard that (SN?) was continuing to ask if she was okay, and her continuing to claim (truthfully, or not) she was fine, as she walked to her car.The concern had nothing to do with EA or HF, but rather a continuation of concern re her ability to drive a car safely to FW at that point.

Respectfully snipped by me:

I do think EA could have taken her keys before the trip the garage. CM was entirely focused on getting in touch with HF by the looks of the phone records. So, not only was her BF not taking her calls, but someone was playing hide-and-seek with her car key and her house key. Let's say she did find her keys at 2:30 in the couch by an hour later someone could have taken them from her purse if that is where she put the keys hoping that would ensure that he would "get lucky" that night even if it was not with SB.

I think he suggested they go smoke a joint or hit a pipe after they got the garage and CM consented. They go wherever and smoke whatever and EA jokingly asks her if she has her car keys. When she looks they are not in her purse and she goes ballistic. She's really mad and who can blame her? EA's perturbed because of SB's rejection and he's ready for a fight (or he thinks he is ready). So they wrestle and he manages to get her into his trunk. Now what does he do? He drives around thinking about what to do. He goes back to SAL and opens his trunk and now Christina is dead. She's had an adverse reaction by the alcohol, the Adderall and whatever it was they smoked.

He now goes into Mr. Clean mode. He has to get rid of the body because nobody is going to believe what happened did happen. He dumps her, but where does he dump her?

He has to remove all traces of her from his car. He wipes his phone. He cleans the car. He goes to work. The rest is history.

It doesn't appear that SN was not terribly concerned with CM's ability to drive home to FW because it was Christina who called SN during the walk to the garage, not SN calling Christina, according to the phone records.

drawing a blank....why was she calling Logan? I remember he was an old boyfriend she was dating when she met Hunter.
