Marriott doesn't use this garage. It's on the other side of the street. IMO, by 4a, the staff have closed up and left. I think the original comments were 3 cars in the garage at that time. Someone can correct me on that detail if I'm off....

True they might not use that garage, but the key words here are "by 4a"...I'm brainstorming on who might be around during this time frame. In Jessica Ridgeway's case, the PD mentioned who might have an excuse to be in the area, for work, etc...

So, wouldn't a disturbance at 2:19 am be something of interest? I think I saw someone mention that Henry's was the only bar to close at 2am. I wish we knew more tabout this disturbance. I know it's not a noise complaint because those are listed on the blotter as "noise complaints"

I already have ... Try near $1000 a month for a 1 bed apt and up to $3k month for the 3 story townhouse's behind Potbelly's

Thought the disturbance was by the apartments? If so, Henry's is not nearby. There are other bars/restaurants and 1 club with different closings around that area - I went to their sites and these are the times for Fri/Sat. Sambuca 360 (2a), Mi Cocina (11p), Taco Diner (11p), Ra Sushi (12a), Henry's Tavern (2a), Gordon Biersch (1:30a), Seasons 52 (11p).

And...there are many more.

You've got to be kidding me? That's their statement. I'm sorry but if I was the family I would be pissed. This seriously is going on to far without an arrest or any type of information. Okay so even if the garage cams didn't pick her up, I'm sure atleast someone's camera or toll or anything picked her up.. All these cameras in plano.

On CM's moms facebook this morning she said that she would be talking live to news outlets at 11. She didn't say which ones or if she meant 11am or pm, but I'm assuming AM. Has anyone seen anything today?

There is a lot that they are not saying. But do y'all remember the tracking device they put on Scott Peterson's truck during the search for Laci? How many times did he go to SF Bay and sit there watching the searchers? They had it all recorded. I believe they are watching someone very closely.

Gotcha, for some reason, the first time I read your post I thought you meant the disturbance was by Henry's. My mistake. Yes, the timing would be about right to them getting there if they walked.

Personally, I wouldn't have let my car sit across the street like that if I was planning on staying. That part kind of irks me too. I'd be too paranoid about them towing or someone noticing a car by itself. I would've driven myself over closer to the apt. There are multiple garages and spaces by the apartment. *edited to clarify.
