I'm ready for LE to do something. Address the media, hold a presser, rule people out, issue search warrants, conduct searches, release more surveillance, SOMETHING.

No, he is not open to sleuthing. Not until/unless he is named by LE as a POI/suspect.

His comments in the MSM can be discussed. If he has done more than one interview, his comments can be compared and contrasted. They can be compared to any known timelines BUT accusations and/or sleuthing is still off limits.

Quick question..I need some clarity. There are no POIs or suspects named yet. However, since the ex bf is (a) not a victim and (b) put himself in the media regarding their personal life voluntary, does that make him OK to sleuth or not?

Jmo I think LE is being pretty honest. They say they need help. If they did not ask for help, some people would be yelling. I don't think they have any more video to show. I don't see how they can rule anyone out when then they don't know happened. Unless a person is on video elsewhere, it is not easy to rule them out. Even if Bf's phone was in FW, for instance, that would not prove he was.

Me too. We are all afraid to leave or homes after dark. And I'm certainly not going to the Shops anytime soon should this be random. We just want to know something.

I have emailed the management group of the shops since I live here and have "concerns".

I've asked about the cameras not working and how that's unacceptable...and basically how can we feel safe knowing this. And, I've asked about the lack of security guards. I have not seen any unless I'm just missing them??

It's all ridiculous that we know zip and have to continue to live here, scared to walk our dog after 8 pm when it's dark, scared to come home from work late, etc. I had a first date with someone Friday night at a restaurant in the shops and made him walk me to my car in the parking garage when he had valet parked.
I used to be more cautious of my first dates and now I'm asking them to protect me ha.

Anyway, done ranting. I know the family is a million times more frustrated than me. Feel so bad for them .
