More VERY interesting research:
Thinking about CM’s walk from Scruggs Way to Legacy (or at least her being in that general area at the time)
Scruggs Way to 5715 Legacy (walk from apt to parking garage is 1/ 2 mile (9 min walk)
What other crimes reported near the area may need to have a second look?
Here’s what I found at: Plano Police Crime Watch Bulletins
http://www.plano.gov/Archive.aspx?AMID=65

her. The victim called 911 but the suspect was gone prior to officers arriving.

so wonder why k-9 was not brought in on Sept 2 or 3rd ... at least for a sniff or 2 ??

If you go to plano pd twitter they addressed their reason in why

and where are the clothes she changed out of? I don't think an outfit could fit in that small backpack-purse thing she was carrying.

Exactly ... back at the scruggs apt? in her car? in the purse ..not likely. Especially with a camera, phone, etc

  • #504
exactly! with all the cameras around, its hard to believe that she hasn't been seen on any of the other camera feed. {and maybe she has?}

It was 4 days before she was reported missing, so maybe the video from those cameras got recorded over?

they still had access to the parking garage video?

Sorry .. I must be twitter challenged ..I do not see that anywhere

But then again I'm old and have not & do not use FB,Tweets etc.

It is possible but not likely ... surely those systems are backed up to some central type security company or mainframe hard drive

I thought the same thing!!! Actually I am surprised that the ONLY video is the one from the garage entrance by Potbelly's. I don't know, I would've thought there would have been a few other cameras because she more than likely walked near some of the other shops on the south side of Legacy before crossing the street to get to the garage.

We don't know on how many camera's Christina was seen walking to or driven to the garage. The public was never told. AFAIK LE only told "us" that the parking garage video was the last video of her movements.

I've read about it happening in other cases, but I'm far from an expert on these things. :dunno:

Come on back home to Louisiana!

No, just doing dinner with my sweetheart and looking for anything that might make sense. I think someone dropped them off then pulled over to the entrance by Dunkin. Maybe called to CM indicating she had left something in their car. That is about the only way I can see this going down. It's so crazy.

Lets be logical here... If they in fact got dropped off in front of the Shaw/Potbelly entrance (cameras in front as well)

A- in order to do that the vehicle in question would have to have done 1 of several things
1. drive thru into the garage the same entrance (CAM13) - Shaw-Potbelly
2. drive around the west side toward Henrys...right on bishop right on lois and get into garage there
3. drive around to east side toward BOA left past front of Dunkin(parkwood) then left on lois then left into garage

seems like if CM were already on foot she would have already made it to her car and backing out by the time someone in another vehicle took one of those 3 options .... Unless they took option 1 (cam13) and it would record the vehicle and possible LP :thinking::thinking::thinking::thinking::thinking:

Exactly... this goes back to my 1st post of the morning

THAT'S what I've been sayin', peeps! That CAN'T be the only footage. It just doesn't make sense!

Me either ... I would think for public commercial areas they would need to be (possible requirement for insurance etc)
The residential ones typically are backed up to the home owners hard-drive

Ok, can it be stated for sure for sure for sure that there is no way her car did not leave the garage? I know some cameras weren't working, etc...how many different ways are there in and out...

Hypothetical scenario: Christina drives to her bf's, mistress might or might not be there, a violent confrontation ensues, Christina is killed, disposed of, and her car is returned to the lot.

But one would have to know where she was parked....do we know for sure she was parked in the same spot as when she arrived?
I'm leaning more towards her ex not having any involvement and more towards someone else she knew.

I'm really struggling with how she vanished with no possible trace. Was the person who escorted her back to the parking garage also parked in the parking garage? Was his car one of the three cars that left that evening from the garage?

Yes and especially a High Profile $2B development area

Ya mean to tell me that much $$$ put into that area they would only have 1 grainy working camera...NOT!!

  • #519
Color me confused ... :gaah: so she changed her clothes AFTER the party?

And the friend who walked with her to the garage is still the last KNOWN person to have seen her?

Attention:

Sleuths .... Is there anyone here or know anyone who is a CCTV Commercial Security expert to give a hand on the type of security cameras like CAM13 we are dealing with here.

Exactly How are they connected? are they monitored? mainframe backed up??
