Reports say that is the last place they have the phone located.... Per Reports her phone was working 15times fine that morning 12:01AM to 3:57AM

On a brief search, nationally, I found 433 male persons with arrest records (whom are named 'RD') , Margarita.. and 64 are in TX alone. IMO, the odds are we would've seen the combination of those two first names before.

Or the battery went dead on its own. Which could certainly be the case by 4am and apparently a lot of use.
