I think the charges are still pending, it just isn't the same incident that involved Christina.

The sexual assault was discovered when investigating the kidnapping.. Trial for the sexual assault is scheduled for 8-1-16... The kidnapping trial is scheduled for 6/6/16 (Of course, as we all know, those dates can change!)

Not sure, SS... sometimes he's on the list, other times he isn't... Maybe EA has a limit on "guests".

It's so many months until the trials next summer. Here's hoping for some peace and comfort for CM's family during this holiday season, as they walk with patience down the long road of waiting, hoping, looking. Wouldn't it be a blessing if she is found.

I thought it may be far-fetched for this to be Christina, and it still may be, but some of the streets in Plano(Plano Road, Jupiter) run South and intersect a major street close to the area. Didn't EA live on Jupiter at one point?

To me, no local location is far-fetched, especially when it's near a major highway. This area is between I-75 & I-635, a relatively quick drive from Plano/Allen... (with no tolls)

I totally agree. Once I saw the cross streets.....definitely could see this being a possible location.

The remains were found just about where W Lawther Dr intersects with White Rock Creek Tr

Yeah.. who knows if it is or isn't CM, but the drive from EA's house is slightly over 20 miles (about 40-45 minutes, depending on traffic). In the DFW area, that really isn't a far drive, especially when you want to get rid of a body. I would consider the White Rock area to be known by many residents.. it's a fairly good sized lake with a lot of roads, wooded areas & trails in that general area. He could have easily known about the area or even Googled it, as a hiding place. That would also get CM out of his "backyard".. (JMO)

Yeah, I've thought about that. It has been years since I've been to the DFW area, but 20 miles really isn't that far especially at 0530-0630 on a Saturday morning. On the other hand, we know he traveled north toward his home based on his cell phone pings and I don't see him traveling far with a body in his car. Fear would be a powerful motivator to dump the body as soon as possible.

I wonder what the roads are like where the remains were found? Maybe that is where he damaged his car.
