Here's a thought (forgive me if it's been mentioned and I missed it :)

Henry's Tavern has "Complimentary Valet Parking Daily!".....sooo if she valet parked....then they closed before she got back to her car...I would assume the valet still had her keys....just throwing it out there....

http://www.henrystavern.com/location-plano-TX.php

This is a good thing to bring up !! Raises a possibility

How do we reconcile Christina using Valet parking versus parking her car herself with a poster's (an old friend) account who say they witnessed Christina in the parking lot (walking after parking her car) and then later in Henry's where they had a chance to catch up after three years absence.
Wouldn't Christina's key be with the valet if she used the service to park her car?

I'm not trying to argue, just trying to make sense of the suggestion of Valet considering the information already available to us. Does the Valet system operate all hours? If she used Valet, wouldn't she have entered Henry's by their front door and avoided the parking lot earlier in the evening - and wouldn't she have retrieved her car earlier? Seriously, I'm confused.

And even that might not prove anything... he could have given her a goodnight hug and a strand of her hair could have attached to his shirt... air conditioning could have blown it to another location in the vehicle...

Heck, defense could argue that the way they bumped into each other in the parking garage footage could have been enough to transfer a hair.

If there was no "crime scene" within the vehicle, it would be nearly impossible to make a case on that.
On the bright side (I can't believe I am calling this hypothesis "the bright side"!) if something violent or messy did occur in that vehicle, no amount of car-detailing can eliminate all traces of it.

Either there WOULD be traces of it to be found OR a pronounced absence of anything and a clear indication of a recent and thorough detailing would lead to questions, receipts, a trip to the location, and a forensic search of the equipment at said detailing location...

Definitely.

The fact is last time I checked Texas Law .. Drugs are Illegal. Prescription Drugs are also Illegal to use if your name is not on the bottle.
There is Zero distinction of soft or hard.

That was a super sad case... the dude included himself in every aspect from after the discovery of the body to the prayer vigil ..then he torched the family car and roadside memorial

Yes, that was my first WS case and this is my second. Both way too close for comfort and both so sad. Hoping for a better outcome for CM.

Correct ... do I think Christina herself actually used valet the evening of the 29th..NO!!
It is a good thing to bring up..yes
That would not have prevented anyone else from using the Henry's Tavern valet service that might have been in the group with Christina.

I know the friends and boyfriend offered to take polys. Did EA? I don't remember reading that?TIA

The guy who walked with Christina is considered one of the friends as far as I know. Some people seem to be separating him from the group of friends but, since he was at the party, isn't he one of them? Police say they've interviewed him extensively. If they suspect him solely, they're not letting us know. There must have been at least two guys at the party if SN and EA were both there.

Did I read earlier that a couple lives in the Legacy apartment together? Who pays the rent on the apartment - not names - but one or two people? How did the get-together evolve? Did these friends meet often? Did the random old friend/s end up joining the group at the apartment? How do we/can we know who was present? Did people come and go?

Maybe as I continue to read the valet situation will make sense. I'm not following.

Parked in the same spot for FOUR DAYS unnoticed. Undisturbed.

One would think the Valet people would notice a car that hadn't moved for four days. Or parking lot security - they must have some type of lot check system. Otherwise people could leave their cars for days on end - parking lots usually don't support car storage. Cleaning people must go through there - someone to notice abandoned vehicles or things out of place.

Wonder if LE pulled the surveillance from when Christina's car was parked in the lot on Friday. At least they'd know who parked it if they could see video from Friday night. Her car entered the lot somehow.

I do not recall reading anything about a couple that lives "In The Shops"

Regarding the question of SN :
http://www.nbcdfw.com/news/local/Search-Efforts-Continue-for-Missing-Fort-Worth-Woman-274404321.html
Steven Nickerson was with Morris before she went missing and said she seemed a little upset that night, but he didn't know what was wrong. He said she insisted on driving back home to Fort Worth, but he never realized it would be the last time he saw her before she was reported missing.

Does not say or confirm there was any party he himself attended.

The man in question walking with Christina :
http://www.nbcdfw.com/news/local/Vigil-Held-for-Missing-Woman-Christina-Morris-275692101.html

Morris, 23, was last seen in the early-morning hours of Aug. 30 at the Shops of Legacy shopping center in Plano.
Surveillance video from the shopping center shows Morris and a man, who has been described by family members as a friend of Morris' from high school, approaching a parking garage. Plano police have said their detectives have questioned that man, as well as several other people, and that no one has emerged as a person of interest or a suspect in Morris' disappearance.

None of the searches have produced clues in Morris' disappearance.

I can not say he has been questioned extensively , detectives did question him as well as several other people.

If she had used valet, she would have had to get her car key back. Are they open at 4am? She did not mention losing her car key.

I for one am not buying the scheduled to work next day.

Perhaps that is a copout not having to go somewhere else ... perhaps she knew she was going to go wild on Fri night and did not want to be bothered with anything else on Sat & Sun & Labor Day Mon.

What I do know is We got zilch ,nada

You ask great questions cluciano! And, may I add, some days I tune in just to see which kitties you will have in your avatar. Always bring a smile to my face.

I agree about the wonky article. I too want to know when the "walker" appeared onto the scene.

o/t ~ I'm requesting the Victorian Lady kitty wearing a red velvet dress with her little paw peeking out - haven't seen her in a long time! :)

I had a look at the youtube clip of Christina's friends chatting about her.
My perception is that these are not the drug using city friends, these are the friends she turned to that weekend for some where to be, and maybe for their support. I would bet these are the high school girlfriends. If there is a user of hard drugs among them, I will eat my vegan leather shoes.
These girls IMO are more into comfort food than drugs (not trying to be rude).
They also seem very young and unsophisticated, if they are all in the 23 yr. age range.
I am thinking that she became bored, or edgy about unfinished conversations with HF, maybe needing a hit of something...The guy that walked her was an outsider to this group. I have a feeling he was a city guy, and a bit higher in status than the skater boyfriend and ex bf, from what he was wearing. Maybe a bit older. Married guy??
Could she have called him to come to her rescue, for one of the above reasons?
I could be 'way off, but those are my perceptions.
Looks like a suit jacket and jeans to me.

No it does not ... that is why I am trying to figure out where they would have gone to eat after leaving a bar/tavern ... but they rode in a car to eat before returning to the apartment

What am i missing? Why is it important to know where they ate? I heard whataburger. Im sure the girl friends told that to LE.
And If the dude walking her to her car is innocent then why doesnt he make a damm statement and help find his friend? If I were innocent, I would sure tell my story over and over and over.

If LE can not Identify 3 2500lb vehicles & drivers leaving or coming in on Saturday 8-30-14 at 4am at that same alleged garage

How would they be able to Identify Christina's 2001 silver Toyota Celica on Friday 8-29-14 ???
