Why did LE say CM didnt go south of Legacy when the party (small get together) on Scruggs is south of Legacy?

Hi Cindy! The article mentioned Steven Nickerson as one of the people Christina was with that night, but the next paragraph talks about the person who was walking with Christina and it was not SN. The original article I read has changed a bit and I don't even know if SN's name is still in the original article. It said something like the person in the video seen with Christina is cooperating and not considered a person of interest. . . . He's the only person that has not been named (that I know of - several players in this case) in MSM. It's two different people, one named Steven Nickerson, and the unnamed man in the video.

Ok now I understand. I was so confused. What a webbed mess and I've wondered about the friends she was with as well. I believe they all know something. Hope one of them cracks soon.

The apartment, bar and parking garage in question, as well as surrounding shops are all considered a part of it. As are the numerous other restaurants, housing complexes, and the theater located there. It has a lot to offer but is still a relatively small place. It is split in two by Legacy Dr. that road runs east to west.

How do we know that LE doesn't already know where CM is and the her disappearance is just a small part of a bigger picture? Maybe they have undercovers trying to bring down a drug ring our a drug trafficking cartel and outing anyone involved in her disappearance would jeopardize an on going investigation.

Exactly ...that is the point I am driving home .. The phone could be anywhere 'In The Shops" ... but does not mean that there is where Christina Is

God I Pray they know exactly where she is !!!!

The mom knows whats up ?? I do not think CM will be returning.
Hope all that are involved realize that they are in trouble for not coming forward sooner.

If you look at the individual who I quoted he clearly does not know this. I am from Plano, I have lived there since 2006. I was trying to explain that the Shops at Legacy is the name of the entire area, and it is not referring to the shops exclusively located there.

Someone at the apartment told JE (mom) Christina had changed into a borrowed t-shirt. Someone posted on WS the "gray" t-shirt (reported "white" at first) was a larger size borrowed from a larger woman than Christina. What the heck is the purpose of inserting this information if Christina was never at the apartment in the first place?
The good news is there must be cameras at the apartment, at least in the lobby. Did LE verify Christina was never there? Thus, LE's comment, much later, about there being no evidence she was ever south of Legacy? Weird.

The thing that is throwing me off, is the lack of phone pings after the garage. If she willingly left with the "walker guy" to go for a coffee/smoke a joint or something, I would expect to see that her phone pinged after exiting. She would have left her phone on, because she was expecting a message from her bf.

If the garage ping really was the last time her phone was in operation, then I guess it's possible that he lured her into his vehicle and attacked her straight away. It's difficult to imagine how he would disable her and grab her phone then drive off without Christina yelling or banging on the window. Is it likely that he had a gun in his car with which to threaten her with? I don't know how someone could drive and point a gun at someone, but just throwing this out as another theory.

This is what I thought too - The Shops of Legacy refers to the whole area. I'm not sure they can mark an exact spot. There is triangulation method used and, if done, they may be able to get close to the exact spot. Otherwise, I believe they can get a general location.

He is a she and been in the metroplex since 78 ....
Trying to make it clear to everyone else that the phones last known location is "In The Shops" ....
people will try to say ..oh well the phone last pinged in the garage ... No "IN THE SHOPS" could be any where

I think the "gray" t-shirt was mentioned because it was one way to deflect attention away from whomever was being questioned about Christina at the time.

I can't remember who threw the dog into the mix - BF or mom?

Jmo I am not convinced her friends are hiding anything except maybe drug use or maybe even selling. I believe it is Christina in the video and she does not seem "wasted". She could easily have been abducted outside the garage if she went out to get a phone signal, by anyone, known or unknown to her.
