Lets not forget this Mc Nugget ::gaah:

Detectives and officers have thoroughly canvassed The Shops at Legacy, covering almost every single apartment and townhome on the north side of Legacy Drive. Tilley said there is no indication that Morris every went to the south side of Legacy Drive, and that her boyfriend, Hunter Foster, was not with the group Morris was hanging out with the night she was last seen.

Is there basically only one side of one block that would be considered north then?
Because LE's statement sounds as if they believe she visited the townhouses possibly?

The insurance thing is getting kind of out there imo. Considering Christina isn't married, I doubt life insurance is the motive.

This is Texas .... We are a Common Law State...

Provided that Christina & Hunter met the 3 prong requirements .. they actually may be married under the laws of the State....

I happen to know a bit about Family Law

Oh potty mouth. LE's referring to the north side of a street ~ not the whole dang complex!

Did I ever explain both my brother and I have directional disabilities? lol!

Still, very confusing for me. Is Henry's in line with the townhouses?

The reason this list is interesting to me is because the majority of the calls list "missing/runaway". Whereas the calls that may pertain to Christina list "missing person".

Left the link behind - see if this works ~

It worked. Thanks! So, did someone try to report her missing 9/1 and LE took the report, but said it was too early to report her missing. I don't know. This is all so random and weird.

What does EquiSearch know that we don't know? They don't just stop for no reason or because there's not enough to go on. They were given information we are no privy to.

1st ... there is no Common Law Divorce Court it is the same price as any other divorce
It lasts until it is dissolved by death, divorce, or annulment.
Once the informal marriage is established, later denying it existed cannot undo it.
A.between a man and a woman who live together
B.agree to be married
C.hold themselves out to others in Texas as husband and wife

There ya go !

I'd like to know that too. IIRC, Tim and Cindy Anthony butted heads because Cindy insisted on Equusearch look for a live Caylee and Tim didn't want to go along playing that Caylee was still alive (alive Caylee = more money than deceased Caylee). I don't think that is the case here, but was Tim made aware that there was possibility that CM could have overdosed? I think probably so, but who knows???? Maybe he got more information out of the "friends" than we are hearing. No clue!

Thing Missing/runway is a minor not considered in danger enough for amber alert and missing person for adults. Prob 15 yrs ago I reported my bro missing to plano PD if I remember correctly they would watch for his plates. I was told he had to show up in person to have it removed. So when luckily he did return but didn't go tell PD as I said he ended up getting pulled over:) Not sure how it really works these days.

You might want to settle in and catch up on the thread from a while back so you can get an idea of all the info and ideas we've been tossing around. Maybe you can give us some new insight!
