TX TX - Danielle Sleeper, 32, Magnolia, 22 March 2015

I live less than 3 miles from the Sleeper residence. Unfortunately, EveningSolace's comments above are echoed by almost all of the people that I know locally that have been following the story. It is a cold case as far as the public are concerned. I think most of us feel that the search area is too expansive, especially given the time that Danielle was unaccounted for. Add to that the time that has elapsed since her disappearance and it just seems that the likelihood of her being found is minimal. Personally, I am still holding out hope that when deer season starts someone may come across something. It may not even be in this State, let alone this County. The most valuable time has ticked away with no leads, and so sadly, Danielle is just another person added to the missing in Montgomery County. As a local, who didn't know her at all, it is very saddening that more couldn't have been done. Random thought of mine, not directed at any one individual, but based upon the amount of cold cases, apparently it is easy to get away with murder in Montgomery County, TX.

In Montgomery defense that is a HUGE county and so many places and highways one can take to get away. The county doesn't have the money nor man power. Not saying this is right, but also can't blame LE when there was such a long time frame before she was reported missing.

There is a new post by Danielle's Mom today on the Bring Danielle Home FB page about the reward and their current focus. She has also posted it to several local FB pages. I would think whoever knows what happened has way more motivation to keep quiet than talk, no matter what the $$. They are doing the right thing though in keeping her name out there - even though I know it has to be so hard for them - if something ever does turn up out of place, it would be nice to know that people immediately think about her and act on it.

What a minute. That post is from July 17. I thought it was too recent to be confirmed, but I was mistaken.

The one I'm referring to is Danielle Sleeper. It's the Bring Danielle Home page. Public group but you have to join it. No, She wasn't found unfortunately. According to comments court for husband on abuse charges. Hopefully he gets locked up.

With the history of abuse Idk how this loser is not in police custody. It is clear to anyone he had something to do with her disappearance.

I cannot imagine the pain her family must struggle with daily. I wish them strength often.
