Presumed Located TX - David Breen, 67, The Woodlands, 8 July 2024 *Left home during hurricane*

I happened upon this missing individual while checking NAMUS. It hasn't been widely reported in the area (I live nearby). What caught my eye & is really concerning IMO, is that he went missing during Hurricane Beryl in July.

From the NAMUS listing:
"David Breen left Musgrove Place in The Woodlands, TX in the morning of July 8, 2024, during a hurricane. David has not returned to his residence. He was last seen wearing a dark green shirt and brown pants. He is believed to be driving a 2023 Blue Nissan Sentra bearing Maryland Plates 4FG1529."

I've included a photo of the actual car, according to NAMUS it's a rental from Enterprise.

Checked the page but I must be missing something because I’m not seeing anything of importance. They canceled the Silver Alert per the Sheriffs Office but he has not been located. I couldn’t find a reason why the Silver Alert was canceled though.

IMO the contractor who gave their phone # is a possible ally/info source in looking for Breen.

MCTXSheriff Investigates Human Remains Found on Forest Lane

On January 13, 2025,
Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of possible human remains discovered in a burned vehicle in an overgrown field located in the 9800 block of Forest Lane, Conroe, Texas. Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Homicide and Violent Crimes Detectives, Crime Scene Investigators, the Montgomery County Fire Marshal’s Office, and the Montgomery County Medical Examiner’s Office responded to the scene and conducted their investigation. The remains will be sent for DNA testing, but a positive identification cannot be made at this time. The circumstances and manner of death are still under investigation and at this time there is no known danger to the public.
