On July 16,2000, the residence that Dianna Armstrong lived in at 2200 Parrott in Waco caught fire. Ms Armstrong received severe burns to her body from the fire and she later died from the injuries at a hospital in Dallas, Texas. The fire was determined to have been the result of an arson.
