I doubt they will change CC charges until after the hearings. She was still present during the comission of the murder so she will just serve less time. But she will def serve a sentence.

All speculation on your part. The possibilities are endless since we really do not know every detail of the connections between all parties involved. Her facebook comments could be eluding to something or could mean nothing at all, as she said nothing specific related to this case.

At this point, we need more information.

It's all speculation - on EVERYONE's part. That's what Websleuths is for. And, if you read what I wrote, I made it clear that we don't have any new information, which is what can lead to wild speculation. As for what Facebook is, it's generally a snapshot of who you are, or, at the least, of who you've been. It's why when the man in Oregon shot up a college, everyone went to his facebook page and came away with the impression that those who knew him should have been aware that he was dangerous. He didn't have to mention that he was planning to murder innocent college kids for people to glean that he had issues. Or, didn't any little birdies tell you that?
