I think BD run off to Mexico. So I don't think she will be arrested any time very soon, unless she turns herself in. If she is Mexico, US marshals will have to locate her.

from the warrants, it appears KL admitted his role in the robbery which resulted in the victim's death :thud:

I have to admit, this case really had me stumped. I did not believe there was a black male shooter, although I did believe there was a conspiracy on the part of CC and BD. But, if all of this news that's coming out is accurate, a whole lot of people owe apologies to the Dallas Police Department. Obviously, they were on the job after all.

I don't think apologies are in order considering they let the one person responsible for Dr. Hatcher's death get away.

The man, who doesn’t want to be identified, said he heard Dr. Hatcher scream, heard gunfire, and then saw a white man hurry from the garage and get into a beat up black Jeep Cherokee. The witness said the man was wearing a black hoodie and had it pulled forward to cover his face.

After seeing a pic of Love. I still can't see how the witness thought he was white. Even with a hoodie and mask. I just want to know if Love was the actual person who did the shooting. And what part of the shooter did the witness see that made him determine that the shooter was white.

yep, here's the link:

"I couldn't see him going and taking a life, and being away from his kids. I make plenty of money I can't see him being hired for a hitman to take someone's life and he'll know he'll be away from his kids," Swint said.
Poor girl. Loved ones can never believe that someone they love or care about is capable of things they may do.
He admitted his role apparently so she needs to accept that its true. Very sad for many involved.

yep, I would imagine both he & his family are worried for their own safety with BD still on the loose.

He lived there before and his family is there. To me it's not surprising he'd want to go back. And he would likely want to get there before a new school year starts.

Weren't he and Kendra planning to move there soon anyway? He probably already had a job lined up and had to fulfill the commitment...?

How do you say "Aha, I knew it!" without sounding cocky? I kind of want to point to the sky and say "Aha, I knew it!" and tell the witness-kid I believed him all along, but I don't mean it in any way like I'm smarter or better than any other WSers. Just excited I got something right (who knew that could happen) and excited there's FINALLY some movement on this case.

Good point. I would def want to be near family for support and being here in Dallas would prob sicken me daily knowing all those people involved were sitting in a jail not far from me.
He has to move on and that's the best place i would agree.

Now that LE has arrested KL, I guess they finally believe CC's story. I do find it hard to believe that BD is a fugitive. Smh!

It would be interesting to here his views on BD. Warning signs, red flags, why and
how he ended the relationship, and, did he have any inkling that BD was stalking his
new GF?

Well one thing i know is whoever is allowing her to hide out will not for long since they will get tired of being nervous that they will also be arrested for harboring a fugitive.

He is scary. I've been single my entire life, traveled abroad alone but I h.a.t.e that the last face Kendra saw was his scary face. I would have been terrified. :notgood:

I agree. The first thing I thought of when I saw his photo was that was the last thing she saw and it brought tears to my eyes. That face!

I don't see BD turning herself in and accepting her life will likely be spent in prison until she dies. I suspect she'll either take the easy way out and self harm or LE will have to track her down and nab her. I am disappointed that LE let her slip away, but then again they may know exactly where she is and are merely offering her the option of turning herself in before they take the appropriate steps to bring her in forcefully, especially if another country is involved.
