No trial date has been formally announced at this time.

There is forward movement towards justice for Dr. Hatcher. Per Dallas County records BD has another postponed hearing next month however KL has been scheduled for jury trial. (No change noted on CC's record)

So, this guy's trial won't start until October 2018 !!!!!

Barring any legal delays it appears as though the Dallas DA is ready to proceed with putting KL's trial on the docket. This case is a complex capital murder for hire case with several parties. We would all, IMO, want justice quickly however closing any appeal loopholes has to be managed methodically.

Justice for Dr. Hatcher is coming!
