I don't like the entire racial focus on this trial. Really?
The entire article from above, is all about race. Guyger is "White", the judge, Kemp, is "black", the victim, Jean, is "black". The venue in Dallas will have too many "minorities".
The situation has absolutely nothing to do with race here. A woman, with a gun, walked into a man's house, and killed him. She did not seem to be in immediate physical danger. It seems that to a reasonable person, like me, that she could have easily left the apartment, and called for assistance. Not gone for her gun and killed a man. This isn't even "Stand your ground" to me. I still want to see the toxicology results of Guyger. And the timeline of her entire day.
