AMEN! Imo

“She should of made it her point of existence to take care of that man.”
She was in damage control and texting
her partner.
10:02 I need you hurry (to her partner)

I lived in a medical marijuana state. I promise if you walk into the home of someone who smokes it, you’d know immediately it wasn’t your home.

Did she think the burglar sat down to watch football, fold laundry and smoke a joint?!

Have they mentioned the dog yet? That’s another big thing she should have noticed.

Nailed it, I knew that she would be wearing a dress and heels today.

this trial should be moved to another location, for everyone's benefit. amber won't get a fair trial. there's too much animosity in parts of the community. the judge erred, imo
Know who else didnt get a fair shake? The murder victim. Cry me a river

Whoa. Pretty powerful. I don't understand at all about the texts and sex talk. I could have sword the judge said no to that. Maybe they can't show the actual texts but can talk about their existence?

Yeah...IDK.
Is that level of distraction a "reasonable mistake"? Not IMO.

I guess to show how "distracted" AG was. Okay, she is not a dog in heat. She is human, thinking about her BF. That doesn't show to me that she couldn't distinguish between her home and someone else's.

She's an idiot for deleting texts. SO DUMB

She had something else (that I can’t say)
on her mind is the bottom line .
And so for her to save her own skin
she blames this on
1)exhaustion from work
2)Bo not following commands

I do pray the jury sees straight thru this

Pros. OS: She should have been giving 100% of her attention to Bo. ... She should have made it her point of existence to take care of that man.

Extremely powerful, imo.

Bo didn't lock his door...

I knew this was going to be the case. I just knew.

She’s still responsible though. How do you miss 16 doors. 16.

How do you miss the fact that the floor you parked on is open to the sky, whereas the floor you normally park on isn't?

! @Hraefn especially, Thanks! Not everyone can watch. Is there a media reporter posting a Twitter feed?

Was the prosecution indicating a break up occurred (with her partner/lover) after she reached the garage? He mentioned she pulled over. IIRC, he said she was functioning normally before that pause.

Thanks from the UK too, really appreciate the updates

The state says Bo was either cowering down or getting up from his couch ...Because of the path of the bullet.
@Rocco - huge apology to you from me on BJ possibly being in movement. I am so pleased though that we are all getting some actual FACTS.

How did everyone think the prosecutors opening statement went?

This is a jury of all women except 4 and probably the most diversified I’ve ever heard of. I heard 12 of sixteen is non-white and while 4 are white.

Now that I know she was texting the b/f during her 911 call .. that explains IMO the broken non completed sentences.
