Victim: “Jane Doe” Adult white female
Location: 1300 Kuroki
On February 24, 1986, patrol officers were dispatched to 1257 E. Magnolia Avenue, on a report that there was a deceased person at that location. The officers found the body of a female lying near a curb at 1300 Kuroki. This location is east of Hillside Park. It was later determined that she had been strangled. This female has not been identified.
