I'm interested in the backstory.... could anyone point me in the right direction?

In my travels I’ve seen allegations about: the early impound of mom’s vehicle by LE, her changing story on what he was wearing, the mom’s “habits”, the time taken for her to exit the toilet block she (apparently falsely claimed) he went missing from, the “status” of grandma, and the custody arrangements for this child. All speculation and allegations of course until LE or MSM investigate and confirm. But this local community seemed to suspect very early on what was going on here, and I imagine this greatly helped LE with their inquiries. IMO, JMO, MOO. What a devastatingly short life

• Waco police confirmed they found Frankie's body in a dumpster next to a church, and he “did not die of natural causes.”
• Frankie's mother, Laura Sanchez, has been booked on a first-degree felony injury to a child charge.
• The arrest warrant was obtained around noon Tuesday.
• Bynum said there could be more charges against Sanchez at a later date.
• Police said family members contacted them about Sanchez’s involvement in Frankie's death, and police contacted Sanchez, who led them to the body in a dumpster near the intersection of 29th St and Alice Ave in Waco.
• Bynum said they knew the location around 7:45 a.m. Tuesday.
• Bynum clarified that while the initial call came from Cameron Park in Waco, Gonzales was never at the park and that it was likely a diversion.

thank you for posting this, its very beautiful :'( about 100 people who care more about Frankie than his mum ever did... I think there were some family members there, maybe the people in the white shirts.

I just cannot understand this. WHY? How can someone be so cold? If she hit him and hurt him badly why not call the police and just hope he can be saved? This was so brutal. Maybe she waited knowing when the trash would be picked up and just figured no one would notice. But to physically pick up your tiny toddler and throw him in the dump is just beyond anything...abd then post her nasty mug on fb like nothibg happened?? I hope she gets the death penalty.

IMO whatever the autopsy reveals the mother will claim "something happened" to Frankie and she didn't call 911 because she was afraid LE would take her other kids away. MOO

I live in Waco- I saw a woman wearing a 'Justice for Frankie' shirt while at work today and we got to talking. She had mentioned the mother had possibly hung herself? I am not sure where that came from. I don't know how many times I have driven past that church. My heart breaks for Frankie.

Thankfully mom broke. Or didn't care. I can't handle the cases where everyone knows the poor baby is gone but the perp keeps their mouth shut. The thought of them out there somewhere open to the elements or whatever... Breaks my heart.

25 News started investigating the woman's background and found Waco Police believe Sanchez went by a number of different names including Laura Villalon, a name under which she was convicted of a burglary in 2012.

What records do not show, is her custody arrangement with the father of her child Frankie Gonzales, a custody arrangement forced, in part, by her imprisonment.
