After following a number of missing cases I’ve found the family can add so much to try to narrow down what happened. In that regard you being candid about her is helpful to put the puzzle pieces together. Can I ask what is the possible thinking on the brother?

I cannot comment further about the brother at this time. The Sherriff has responded and is now working his cold case with information I have provided to him. It’s our hope it’s her and we have closure we aren’t seeking justice.

Dug up the following on Ancestry.com:

Donald Lee Blevins and Georgia Nell Scott married on March 10, 1957. Donald Lee Blevins was born on September 16, 1940. Georgia Nell Scott was born on August 29, 1939. She was seventeen and he was sixteen when they were married. Her last child, Kimberly Gail Blevins Pate, was born on February 16, 1962. Georgia Blevins was last seen in the summer of 1962. Kim was only six months old when her mom disappeared.

Gary Lee Blevins - Born on November 4, 1959. (Carole Ann is almost two years old.)
Kimberly Gail Blevins - Born on February 16, 1962. (Carole Ann is 4 years old and Gary Lee is 2.)

I've been unable to find a fourth child. I searched for a child born prior to 1957 to Donald and Georgia. Then I just looked for a child born to Georgia Scott. I look for death certificates for an infant child. Nothing.

Through Ancestry.com, I found three children born to Donald Lee Blevins and Georgia Nell Scott. I don't know where "mother of four" came from unless it was an error made by law enforcement or a journalist. I cannot find a fourth child. I looked for infants who passed away with the Blevins/Scott name and dates between 1957 and 1961 and came up with zip.

Donald Lee Blevins was born on September 16, 1940. Georgia Nell Blevins was born on August 29, 1939. Donald was 16 and Georgia was 17 when they married on March 16, 1957.

Georgia Nell Scott's mother, Mattie, died four years after Nell went missing. As mentioned before, Nell Blevins is listed in the obit as alive and living in Ohio. Link: Obit notice for Mattie Scott (mother of missing person Georgia Nell Blevins) - Newspapers.com

There was a Nell Scott who lived in Ohio, but I don't think it was Georgia Nell Scott. The Nell Scott in Ohio had the married name of Sutton and lived in Lancaster, Ohio for decades. In a 1962 article I found on Nell Scott Sutton, she served as an organist for St. John's church for 35 years.

There was also a Nell Blevins Conley in Ohio, but she was divorcing her husband in 1959 and battling for child custody (according to an article I found on Newspapers.com).

This Donald Lee Blevins was born on September 16, 1940. He married his high school sweetheart, Kaye, on January 4, 1963. Six months after his first wife disappeared? According to Charley Project, Georgia Nell Blevins was last seen in Austin, Texas on July 4, 1962. She lived with her infant daughter in the 1200 block of west 8th Street at the time, right next door to her parents (Georgia Nell Blevins – The Charley Project), her infant daughter ought to be Kimberly Gail Blevins, looks she disappeared less than 4 months after her daughter was born.
If she did have the fourth child, that child must be born before Kimberly

Looking into this case, I think Donald might have sired multiple children from 3 women. Sorry for any repeat screenshots. There are two children named Kimberly.

In 1957, Donald Blevins and Georgia were in the news for their marriage license. In 1961, Donald Lee Blevins was in the news again for marrying a Clara Darlene McCoy. At the moment, I can't find any newspaper clipping about Kaye (Glenda Kaye Jarvis) and Donald's marriage.
