All the court transcripts that have been a flurry the past 4 months. I just need to understand why someone that didn't have a position of standing in this child's everyday life, why they are all of a sudden "Mother of the Year" and people are showering her with adoration and money. I'm stumped here. I keep coming up with more questions than answers as this bizarre behavior. Does anyone know if the mother was a substance abuser? Just wondering. Something is wrong in Denmark.

Bio Dad had custody. Fighting for termination of rights according to his post on his mother's site. Emily OD'd in July he said in front of Gracie. His words. Not mine.
I wish the records had not been sealed so that we can see the full disclosure of what was going on with this family. One lady read the transcripts before they were sealed and messaged me that EW had said some powerful, damning things in court against herself. Does that mean she was going to lose the child permanently and her family would have no legal rights at all to her? According to this lady, the next 2 months would have been the deciding factor in court. Restraining orders on her...so much she read.
I don't know because again, the custody records have been sealed by EW father. Why did he do that?

Court records before they were sealed told us that. MF was going for full termination of her parental rights according to the docs.
I think it would be best not to post it just yet because the mother at this time is not a POI or a suspect.

I wonder if the police are eyeing both the stepfather and emily since, grace died at their place of living.
I hope this is not a case of 'since I can't have her then you can't have her either'.
And i'm glad the bio dad called for a welfare check because IF the stepfather and mother had something to do with it, there would be no telling what they would do with the body.

I have been thinking a lot about Grace. Some things I am wondering....
Why is noone crying out for justice? If bio dad and LE suspect mom and/or step-dad, why no public outcry to the fact that they are both just living their lives? Wouldn't you expect dad's family to be seething at this point? Same goes if the roles are reversed. If bio dad is suspected, by anyone, why no mention of it by mom in any venue?
If there is a babysitter, why no public outcry from either parent? Why no social media references? Why no mention on any of the fundraising pages? I see mention of duct tape, but no mention of a babysitter or third party of any kind. Why not?
No matter how long I think about this, my mind only goes to one scenerio. Someone who lived in Grace's house did this. The duct tape might well be true. I see public mention of it by mom's family as setting it up as an accidental death rather than murder. Bad parenting, bad disciplining, but not murder. She/he didn't mean for Grace to die, just trying to keep her quiet etc etc etc.
What does everyone else make of the family silence? To you, does this suggest LE asked people not to speak publicly for the investigation's sake? I can only imagine my response if in the same situation, and I don't see myself keeping quiet as the person that I suspected of murdering my child just goes about their daily life. They say anger is a stage of grief, and I believe I would be stuck in that stage until someone payed for what they did to my child.

It does seem that LE has asked everyone to keep quiet on things. I can only assume they have some sort of cooperation out of the MSM because this seems like a case they would be all over.

IMO, the babysitter does not exist and neither does the intruder.
only the mother's family is claiming there was a babysitter and intruder.
i'm thinking LE already knows who did this or they have a pretty good idea and they are just putting all their ducks in a row before they make an arrest.
The fact that bio dad had full custody of Grace and that he was going to court in order to get Grace's mothers parental rights fully terminated speaks volumes to me, not to mention Grace was at her place of residence when this occurred.
and i'm sure LE has told everyone to keep quite but you have the mother's family telling everybody that Grace had duct tape on her and that a babysitter was beaten and in the hospital and that an intruder came in and duct taped Grace.
that information has not been given out to the general public so either mommy or step father or both are the ones who did this.

I don't believe the home invasion story. Although LE is being very tight-lipped wrt the details of the case, I haven't read/heard anything about signs of forced entry, nor has LE confirmed that there was an intruder. LE has, however, assured the public that there is no reason for the public to fear for their safety. This suggests to me that LE doesn't believe this was a home invasion.
It makes absolutely no sense to me that an alleged intruder would have suffocated baby Grace before or after attacking a "babysitter". I'm hesitant to believe there was a babysitter, since none of the articles I've read have mentioned it, nor has LE confirmed or denied the existence of a babysitter.
Regarding the maternal grandfather posting about duct tape & a babysitter: he's likely getting his info from his daughter.

Since I believe family members are guilty, I think they are not talking to the media because they do not want to deal with the scrutiny. I know people always talk about how guilty parents kill their children and then try to get rich and (in)famous off of it, but it seems like most of them shun the media spotlight, and want the case to fade away.
Although the media doesn't seem interested in the case, I think if the parents were to start talking, that would change. I even think they could get on national TV relatively easily. They are claiming that their 2-year-old daughter was killed in a home invasion by an intruder, who also attacked the babysitter. Either that happened, or the parents are making up some crazy story, both sensational. If the parents wanted more attention, they could get it. But more attention brings more skeptics.
The unsolved murder of a child killed in their home, with no one else as a victim (if babysitter is not true), is extremely rare. The core of this case "Was it a family member or an intruder?" is the same as the Ramsey case.

IMO that wouldn't have happened. TPR is extremely hard to get. Visits weren't even court ordered to be supervised.
IMO it just shows a lot of bad blood between them and a very high risk divorce.
That whole "if I can't have em, no one will" mentality is very real & super scary.

yep, and considering that bio dad's family is not saying anything and bio mom's family is the only ones saying an intruder came in and attacked the babysitter and smothered grace leads me to believe that the bio mother and step father have something to hide.
