LE got thier phones,but if a call is made to it,I'm sure the phone is turned on just for that reason.

I wouldn't bet on it. Billie's friend on here said the phone goes straight to voicemail now. That usually indicates the phone is off.

LE took BD's cell phone and has not returned it, although, LE has received the cell phone records, the cell phone is in LE custody and if the cell phone number is called it goes straigh to voicemail.
Folks were concerned that BD has no phone. What if Hailey were to attempt to call her Mother, she can't.
BD has a new phone but there is no way that Hailey has the number.

I am wondering if thier comment about not knowing if Hailey went missing on Sunday Monday or Tuesday could be this possible scenario..Billie went to bed early as she had a 12 hour shift the next day..when she went to bed Hailey was there , billie gets up for work the following morning get ready and walks out the door doesnt check on hailey on the way out the door..she wouldn't know really if she was even there monday morning would she?

We can only hope that Clint has a working phone and that Hailey could call him if she's able to.

I too think she should take another polygraph but on the condition the FBI does it. She has every right to hold out for the FBI's polygrapher and I would urge her to continue to be forthcoming and cooperative with LE.

Exactly. That leaves us with the story from SA that he last saw her on Monday afternoon and the story from Hailey's friend that Hailey did not come to the friend's house. But, we still have the uncomfirmed report of the neighbor seeing Hailey on the phone Monday afternoon and one or more unconfirmed witnesses who may or may not have seen Hailey out walking with 2 other people on either Sunday or Monday night. Clear as mud.

well if SA said she was there monday and so did a witness who saw her on the phone, then i would think that she was atleast there monday. IMO wish i had proof but.

I think you are correct, if LE wanted another poly then the FBI should administer it, simply because they are the experts and according to BD a handful of people failed.

I don't know,LE said they've not told anyone if they passed or failed,so maybe people are just assuming they failed,which is odd.

In the 1/3 interview with NG,BD said around lunchtime when she called her son to text the friend,she gets the call back a few minutes later from him saying Hailey didn't go there.Then BD said she calls CD,which CD said on NG it was his son who called him,anyway BD said she went to LE,she never said she went home first before going to LE.

BD stated on NG that she was informed SA did not pass his polygraph. That is the reason she asked SA to leave her home.JMO, I do believe that LE did in fact tell this to BD. There would be no logical reason for BD to go on National TV, NG, to tell the world she and her BF failed a poly. LE does NOT have to tell the TRUTH while investigating, interrogating or questioning someone nor do they have to tell the general public the truth either.

Sorry, just bouncing off your post (cause I'm too lazy to go back a page in order to quote) but this is to whoever stated something about "small town polygrahpers."

Is there any reason to think a polygrapher from Big Spring would not be very professional and aboveboard? They all have to be trained, do they not? And part of that training is in how to read the results. Doesn't seem to me that it would make all that much difference because it's right there on the sheet that the machine prints out while the test is being given, and the machine itself measures the body's responses, not the person asking the questions.

I agree. We have no idea about who gave the test or how valid/invalid it is, or whatever. BUT, I think administering a polygraph is more art than science in many ways, and that experience is the key. So I believe what some folks may be saying is that, although trained and professional, someone in a small town LE probably lacks the experience in giving 100s of polygraphs like someone in a big city or with the Rangers or FBI. MOO

One possibility that BD could be saying they told her that SA failed was to give her an excuse as to why she failed hers. Just an idea and I don't really think this is the case, but it would also make sense.
