Oh did she get her licenses renewed?

Not as of this afternoon when I looked it up on the TXBON website.

Also, I know that we have been told that it was just a misunderstanding about an NSF check in payment, but there is typically a huge difference between a lapsed license and a revoked one.

AND...if anyone has a professional license issued by any state -- teaching, nursing, any other medical profession, lawyer, or any other profession that requires a license -- we all know that if our licensure has lapsed, that we receive a notice from the state in the mail telling us to cease and desist until it is corrected. Looking at the details in the documents on the TX BON website, it appears that BD opted to continue working for almost a year after her license was inactive. That is far more likely the reason why it was revoked -- not because of an NSF check.

It would be one thing if she had moved in that time period, but according to another poster's notes about the ownership of the house, it appears that they have had this address for a long time.

Yet another inconsistency...just moo, of course.

When Jean C and NG were talking about the inconsistency now that the girls walking was between 1 and 3 and SA said she didn't leave until 3:15 - Billie tried to jump in - she said "well she (Hailey) could have come back to the house to say 'bye and I'm going'.

hhhmmmm.........defending SA now? Kinda like in a roundabout way.

I know the street they said she was seen on is Manuel - and that is VERY close to the house. Maybe she did go back to the house and that's when something happened.

Still cuts the timeline - brother came home at 5 and SA was there alone. So, have we narrowed it down to between 3 and 5 - that's NOT a whole lotta time for a crime like this.

That is also, if we believe tonight's NG - the 2 girls saw Hailey bet 1-3pm Monday and we have between 3-5pm. More than enough time to rape and murder. What is in between those 50 yards from Billie's house to Clint? Is It an open lot? Have dogs searched thoroughly there?

In NY the Office of the Professions mails you the renewal forms about 2 months prior to the expiration date. You have to keep them updated with any address changes. I have been a nurse for many years and the only employer who also sent me a notice was a NY state job. It is the responsibility of the nurse to be sure their license is kept up to date.

As far as drug screening, I have only had one employer do a pre-hire screen (who also said you could be asked periodically) and have never been asked for any other testing from anyone.

It was not missed at all! The point is when ask this same question last week she gave the ativan answer, this week she throws in oh, yeah...well I did take a pain pill and antibiotics.

but were talking about 2 different LDT dates.. Rememeber she said they went in on friday after Hailey went missing to take test and they couldnt because they had taken ativan?

Then this past wed almost a week later she was taking meds for a toothache she was only told not to take anxiety meds. ( which I am not sure I believe( but still

Exactly. Was Billi on meds then too when she forgot to tell her employers she was no longer licensed? IMO, this was before she was stressed out and had a missing daughter.

It seems no one was paying very much attention to what HD was doing or she carefully hid this phone from both parents.

I am waiting for transcripts to come out for NG, these will probably clear up this Iphone/Itouch debacle. TBH, if it's a fake, it shouldn't post as any Apple product, for many reasons.

If that's the case, someone needs to figure out where this true Apple product is, one that can post to FB, and registers as an Iphone.

[PS- Iphones/Itouches are not cheap, and they are not prepaid. If she came in contact with one, and it's not one LE has taken from the home, someone out there still has this device.]

The local Police have no fricken clue as to what they are doing... IMO Not bashing them, but come on!!!! One minute they are stating that she is alive and in hiding. the next they say there is not enough evidence to say whether she is in hiding!!!

Get it together Guys!!!!!!!!!

It seems to me that the inconsistency about drug use (first Ativan was being used then pain killers) may be relevant. Any inconsistency at this point is concerning. Nancy dismissed the drug use right away, I can't take her show seriously.

Maybe you should read the transcript of this show before you make that decision.

For almost 2 years I was taking 6/ 7.5mg per day to try to be able to get through my workday,Bad accident messed up 3disc neck.4disc in back and wreck my knee I need a replacement.Doctor put me on 10 mg 6 tablets a day,after a month I told him felt the same pain was still there 24/7,I told him I was giing up the pain meds because I still was in so much pain they really did not help pain. I stopped cold turkey even though he wanted to ween me off. The point is when they were having the discussion LAST week on possible reasons she failed the poly, drugs were brought up, that would have been the time to say yes, I also took antibiotics and pain pills..........she didn't. But now she brings it up like it might be an excuse, which by the way did you catch where they said LE said they didn't think it was just pot, it was with some prescriptions too?

And yes, I'm not confused about the 2 ldt dates at all..........
