Nevertheless, Adkins left his place of employment at 6:10 a.m. on the morning of Dec. 27 and told investigators that he went straight to his mother’s house in Big Spring. However, cell phone records indicate that Adkins’ cell phone was in contact with cell towers in Scurry County from 6:35 a.m. until 6:56 a.m., during the time when he said he was traveling to Big Spring.

Billie Dunn left for work at 6:20 a.m. on Dec. 27, and authorities said her cell phone was also in contact with the same cell tower during the same time period.

This can also mean that Hailey and that cellphone were in the car with SA at 6:35 am.
The police are saying they believe Hailey was home alone at that time, but how would they know where she was for sure?

Is it possible that not everything in that article is true? I'm trying to keep an opoen minded about BD's involvement. Maybe CZ will come back here and give us some answers. Maybe it's not as incriminating as it sounds.

It plainly states the information came from the search warrents. IMO SW's are not filled with lies.

I couldn't post much in this case because my focus was on the mother and that "stifled" me to know end.

As I walked out my door this afternoon, I thought of a very good friend of mine that lived across the street. I would have done anything in the world for her UNTIL I found out other stuff. Maybe I was thinking of BD's friend and how hard she was fighting for her friend. I wanted to post about that when I came home but couldn't do that however, it all makes sense to me now why I thought of it!

The problem with the pings is that once a person is out of range then they're not help, or if they turn it off, etc. So, did he ever lose cell service? That would certainly help narrow it down, cuz I'm thinking there are likely many areas in the county without service? Maybe? Off to go pull up a verizon map of the area to start.

First, thank you all so much for your incredible participation on Hailey's thread.

Your ability to find pertinent information and to discuss this case has made this thread the go to place for information about Hailey.

About the donation situation. I'm late weighing in on this I know but it is important to point out a few things.

I want to thank the moderators for being hyper vigilant when it comes to this issue. Because they donate so much of their free time to Websleuths things like this are found quickly and removed. THANK YOU.

As stated this is exactly why we never allow donations on Websleuths with the very rare exception.

Those exceptions have been KlaasKids and TES. Both 501c charities. Registered with the government and accountable for all the money donated.

There is one wonderful poster in the Caylee forum who spends their own money to get documents. I do allow donations to this person but it it monitored very closely. This poster has been as honest as anyone can be and is extremely trust worthy.

That's it. Maybe years ago it was different but there are too many scam artists out there to allow anyone to use Websleuths as their own personal ATM.

What makes this even more tragic is now people will not donate to others because of being burned by this woman.

Also I can promise you that if I had allowed the donation thread to remain up and posters donated I would be hearing about it and some would hold me responsible for allowing it.

I specifically asked cz last night to ask Billie if she was aware of the masks and his playing dress up & the sick stuff he was spewing.....never did get an answer. Wondering if Billie will claim she had no idea, drugs were never part of her life, she had no idea about Shawn....blah blah blah

Now I am wondering who all attended this party on New Years Eve

new years eve party, buying drugs, then tears on Nancy Grace. I'm not surprised, at their involvement, (those LDTs), but I am shocked about the party. & while a lot has been written about the violent masks, etc...I kind of pooed that away, but I must admit, that I earlier wondered if the reports of Hailey being scared of Adkins, were true, if it had anything to do with him wearing those things, & jumping out at her. This case is crazy.

I don't understand 1) why BO and SA would admit to taking money out of the ATM to buy "drugs"? Could it be the antibiotics and pain RX she was on? Did she actually go to the dentist? 2) Le said she could not take the polygraph the first time because she was on "drugs". She stated she was on pain Rx and antibiotics. Are they just givng it a derogatory tone?
Having a New Years Eve party is really really bad.
Don't feel duped. It just means your not fully tainted and cynical yet. That is a good thing.
If the article is true , they need to charge them and let them turn on each other.

WOW...just wow. I am trying to keep up with all the posts but I am shocked...to say the very least. I suspected SA. I slightly suspected something up with BD....but only a bit. Probably because I thought perhaps love was blind and she was confused if SA was involved.

I suspected SA right off, too. As a mom I felt pain for what BD was going through UNTIL I found out she was still talking to SA!! That was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. I did an about face after that. Actually did an about face before that when I had a aha moment and had a gut feeling that they were still talking. When I asked BD friend about it she never answered my question and that told me the answer.

Well, I see the **** has hit the fan here. I have not read many of the posts... from what little I have seen, I don't think I want to.

I continue to support Billie. I do not for one minute believe that she had anything to do with Hailey's disappearance.

Everyone needs to try and keep in mind also that LE had all of this info days and days ago, but the affadavits were just released. So while some of this information is 'new' to the public, it isn't 'new' to LE.

I don't think that any one of us could go through such scrutiny and come through it without having something come to light that we would rather not have everyone know about.

Also, sometimes the media doesn't get everything just right. I know that Billie will address these things if someone gives her a chance to get a word in edgewise. Please continue to listen to her.

And please dont forget that the main thing is to find Hailey. She is loved and missed. I pray with all my heart everyday that she is found safe, or comes home on her own.
