just saw a tweet by CBS7 news - said they'd be talking about the affidavits obtained from Mitchell County on this a.m.'s newscast...maybe they'll post the docs online

This is why I say LE knows more than us and I won't criticize them,they've been doing a great job!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry, but all of the runaway nonsense was baseless and irresponsible. I haven't seen the date on the warrant, but I think it was at least a week after she disappeared and definitly after all of the media attention was ramped up...not by police, but by Hailey's mom thru czgtz and people like you and me! CCPD said they had followed all leads and there was nothing to indicate foul play. As recently as two days ago Hailey was "hiding".

When you are in LE, witnesses lying and witholding important details is par for the course. It is no excuse for lack of initiative to dig for the truth. MOO

Also the wording - it doesn't say the phones "pinged" - just that they were "in contact" with the same tower.

Does that mean they were communicating with each other and one was in the area and the other was just receiving the call? Or does it mean they were both in the same area? Does it mean they (or the phones) had to have been in separate vehicles?

Those paragraphs are very confusing.

I really wish they would post these docs - I wanna read them on my own.

I'm no expert WiseOldOwl, My opinion --- the article means those 2 phones were talking to each other.

Thinking maybe they were just turned on, the cellphones, Le would know who they called by cell phone records if that was calls.
