I don't think that any one of us could go through such scrutiny and come through it without having something come to light that we would rather not have everyone know about.

With all due respect to the poster ...
I KNOW there are things in my past that very very few people know about me and that I wouldn't want brought up and plastered all over the news. However, those things are truly in my past. The things that could be "dug up" about me are over a decade old and even then - there is NOT ONE thing criminal that *I did. The worst anyone could say about me from then until now is I got drunk one night and spent the night in my car a couple of summers ago and I got a parking meter ticket.

They certainly couldn't be digging up stuff that indicated I was buying drugs and entertaining people days after my 13 year old daughter went missing :waitasec:

From his profile on that serial killer site: He quotes American Psycho:

"My pain is constant and sharp and I do not hope for a better world for anyone. In fact, I want my pain to be inflicted on others. I want no one to escape"

Chilling!

That is possible, but generic Vicodin is pretty cheap I think. I'd imagine it would have to be a non generic pain medication to cost that much (unless some antibiotics were included in the prescription, which would make sense if her tooth was abscessing).

Plus, if she was working at a hospital, she would more than likely have health insurance with a low co-pay for meds...

I do too, sarx....and I'm surprised LE didn't asked for them to be sealed.

(Altho, maybe they did & were denied.)

If the documents were sealed, the media wouldn't have got them, either.

For those sympathetic with BD, I understand. I was sympathetic with her while watching Nancy Grace because any mother can indentify with her tragic situation.

But at the same time, I wondered what was going on with some of her vague statements. Now I'm beginning to understand.

She may very well believe that she is a wonderful mother, but people can be deceptive to others and even fool themselves, and I get the impression that is happening here. Not everyone can see their own dysfunction when they are in the middle of it. JMO

There's nothing wrong with having an interest in crime - that's all we talk about here on Websleuths. Lots of us watch crime shows and read mysteries, or even watch horror movies. Nothing wrong with that.

But in the context of a missing child, finding out that both the mother and her boyfriend were into serial killers and dressing up like murderers is disturbing. Especially when police have said their stories don't quite jive even within the family. You can't ignore stuff like that because above all, this little girl is possibly a victim so LE has to look at the parents and make sure they are above reproach.

I have Medicare Part D and a 90 day supply of Loritab is $7.00

Right, and that was Monday night - the night Hailey was supposed to be at MB's. BD said he picked her up from work and then immediately jumped to "we were getting ready for bed". Guess she figured she'd leave out the quick trip to Snyder to buy illegal narcotics.

If you watch the video that's now up with the article they say that BD and SA admitted to buying illegal narcotics.

The New Year's Eve Party - WHO WOULD GO TO SUCH A PARTY? You can't tell me their friends didn't know Hailey was missing! Ok, maybe one or two from out of town - maybe? WTH was the reasoning behind this party? Oh, Hailey, well, yea, she just ran away - but she'll be back. So, hey, let's have a New Year's Eve party while we wait?

OMG - and I hate to say this - BUT this beats Casey and all her pole dancing, Target beer buying, Blockbuster movie renting - hands down.

And, I think BD wasn't really the one putting the pressure on - calling the Texas Rangers and TES - nope - she might have done it - but it was CD that had to have been pushing for it.

Oh, BTW - from the proerty records I saw. That house on Chestnut is in CD's name only. If I were him - I would kick her sorry butt out right NOW! He has no place to stay. I'm sure BD was living there because she could make the mortgage payments - oh well, too bad, so sad - I really think CD should take his house back.

That may be true but courts do allow custodial parents to stay in homes that are in the exspouse's name until it is sold. It seems to me Clint and DD would not want to live there knowing there precious daughter and sister was possibly harmed there, and the reminders of her would be difficult. My heart aches for them.

Until I know where SA's cell phone pinged after 7 a.m., I am back on the fence. imo

I agree - but why not take the cameras too? Why just the media cards? That is so strange. I guess because it would be too hard to carry all of the cameras and the cards are easily portable?

To make the owners of the cameras think the cameras were still recording images? So as not to make them immediately suspicious if the cameras disappeared too?

I'm not so sure that Billie went straight to work...

That's what I was thinking too, Pondering Mind. My initial assumption is that SA & BD drove separately to one location to (shudder) dispose of sweet HD. From there, BD went on to work. We may even find that she clocked-in late that day.

As usual I am playing catch up...

Has it now been confirmed that BD actually had her cell phone with her?

If SA's phone pinged cell towers in Scurry Cnty between 6:35am and 6:56am and BD's cell phone pinged one of the towers also during that time, is it possible that Hailey actually had BD's cell phone and was with SA during that time? Maybe he realized that Hailey had BD's cell phone and shut it off after it pinged once. He disposed of her and took the cell phone back to the house.

All of this unbeknownst to BD.

Just a thought that crossed my mind, as I still haven't heard that BD actually had her cell phone and had not left it at the house for the kids to use.

I added some cell towers to the map. Can anyone tell me what antenna towers are? Are they generic cell towers, not AT&T or Verizon?

Yep. I have insurance through my employer. A 30-day supply of lorazepam (Ativan - which is what I believe BD said she was on when she couldn't take the poly) is something like $3. Thirty hydrocodone is $8. Seems to me like they have crappy insurance, they're getting brand-name drugs, or they're getting something illegal. I wish we could get that cleared up. It's bugging me.

That sounds and seems so odd. During a polygraph examination you are only allowed to give yes and no answers.

That's true, but doesn't mean someone won't answer with more than one word, at which point the polygrapher will remind them to only answer yes or no. Or the reporter could have written it incorrectly due to how it was said by LE to them... any number of possibilities could explain this.

Is there a way to tell where Cuthbert Tx would ping? thats west of the 208 but east of 350.

I think these are owned by verizon, but let me do a little research there- I think that's important as well.

Not sure in weight how much $140 will buy, but I know $20 will buy a rock. I'm not sure the size of the rock either. But, I do know. My ex hubby was a crackhead. He stole and spent $2300 in 3 days and loan his pickup out in trade of drugs during that same 3 days.

This is kind of my fear.
If crack is the drug of choice in Synder .... $140 in crack isn't going to get two people with a habit very far.
There are dealers out there that will take a trade... even for an evening. A car, a child .....

Without going into too much detail I was once at the house of someone who sold crack (he did not do it and I was under the impression prior to that night that he was only selling pot). But a woman showed up with a small amount of money and offered her very small child as collateral to prove she would "come back" with the rest of the cash.

czgtz - Did you go to BD's New Year's Eve Party? Did you know about it? Did you know after the fact that she had one? Why is she saying she did that?

TIA

I still trust Cz if not BD. She said wait, don't rush to judgement (which is hard not to do) but she has a point. I did think there is a slight possiblity that it was nothing more than family and friends getting together to pray and offer support and HOPE to BD. I hope that is true.
