The first withdrawal was for $60.00 and the second withdrawal was for $80.00. It was determined through the voluntary interview and voluntary admission of Billie Dunn that the money was used to purchase illegal narcotics from a person in Scurry County, Texas. Dunn admitted that the illegal narcotics were for Adkins and herself.

I'm trying to figure out a timeline here.
SA walks out of job at 6:10 am Dec. 27.
SA’ cell phone was in contact with cell towers in Scurry County from 6:35 a.m. until 6:56 a.m.,
DD arrives home sees SA (deer in the headlight look, door locked) at 4pm Dec. 27.
He sees no Hailey.
SA & BD go to ATM and Scurry for drugs at 6:20pm Dec 27.

So, Billie and Shawn go to Scurry County to buy illegal drugs, and then Shawn gives a positive on the poly in response to being asked if Hailey is in Scurry County.

It is my opinion that Billie and Shawn took Hailey along for the drug run to Scurry County, and left Hailey there.

Anyone know anything about human trafficking in Scurry County, Texas? Selling children for drugs?

With these new documents, we can safely assume (yeah, I know...) that SA returned to the house when Hailey was there alone... and Billie was at work. This further supports the possibility that Billie may not be involved with Hailey's disappearance.

I think they did whatever they did to Hailey the night before.....SA was there for clean-up

Thats what I am thinking Belimom maybe she rode to work with a friend ..he drove in to have an alibi that he did show up and he waited till he knew she was gone from the house and headed back...but what about the possible sighting at lunchtime by the neighbor...( Billie said she did this often especially if someone was home ..talk on the phone outside) Maybe the neighbor is mistaken?

I think the neighbor may be mistaken. I think that's why LE was really wanting to know if those girls saw her on Sunday or Monday. Remember, at one point, LE said it's not clear when Hailey was last seen -- Sun, Mon, or Tues -- just that they had phone records confirming the call/text on Tuesday to MB.

mahoneys, I get where you're coming from. But seriously, for the price of a few illegally-obtained pills, you could pay for a dentist's visit. These days there are even dentists who will work out payment plans. She's a nurse, or at least, she WAS, and therefore ought to da*n well know better.

I wonder what her job duties were at the nursing home, because I hate to think of her coming to work under the influence.

He took her to work that morning. Scurry County is the next county over from there they live, and it's also where Billie works. So if he came home, got her, and took her to work, then it would make sense that both phones would ping there.

The odd thing is that Billie said she left her phone at home that day for the kids to use. But it wasn't at home. Unless SA took it without Billie's knowledge. LE knows where that phone was all day long, I'm sure.

If Hailey ever does come 'home' again Billie should not be allowed in the picture..That suddenly reminds me of the picture we've seen of Hailey writing "I love you" to her teacher..A clear message to me that Hailey had serious issues/problems with her mother..It's so obvious now why she did

SO do we know if BD went and stayed at work Monday??
IS all this new information not enough for the LE to have both of them in custody at this time??
IMOO- if BD can not stay SOBER long enough to talk a LDT to prove her innocence or help find her missing daughter she has a drug problem.

That's possible, too. But SA could have done it while BD was asleep/out of it, especially if she had taken 'illegal narcotics'. I'm not saying Billie definitely wasn't involved, but I'm saying I'm leaning towards SA doing this alone...

After reading the 'new' info that was released, my thoughts of the family dynamics within the house have changed. (FWIW, I still don't believe BD had ANYTHING to do with HD's disappearance, she may just have been caught up in a world of drugs, due to her BF)... I think BD is feeling VERY GUILTY for getting mixed up with SA right now!

I'm just wondering if BD and SA left for work like normal that day and on the way, they decided to remove the money from the ATM machines for drugs (maybe for an upcoming NYE party). SA drops BD at work and he proceeds to check into work, but purposely leaves work that morning to fulfill the drug deal. (hence, why BD would later say that she did not KNOW he quit...) He goes to the house and ends up doing some of the drugs - temptation would be very strong - HD catches him doing them, and SA threatens her. She grabs the phone to call and tell 'someone' (which would explain why the neighbor saw her out there) and when she returns back into the house SA does 'something' and leaves the house to dispose of her... He makes it back to the house before anyone gets home and makes up the story about her saying she was going to her father's house and then to MB's for a sleepover. And somehow - unbeleivably - no one witness SA removing HD from the house. (almost the prefect crime)

I am still PRAYING for the safe return of HD to the family that loves her.

On the night before Hailey’s disappearance, her 16-year-old brother, D, indicated that when he left the house at 9 p.m., Hailey was playing one of his video games in the living room in the house. Based on her skill level with the game, D said he expected her to play probably until midnight.

Adkins told authorities that on the day Hailey disappeared that Hailey was going to her father’s house, a block away, then on to a friend’s house. She never made it to either location.

It is my opinion, based on the affidavits, that Billie and Shawn took Hailey to Scurry for the drug run on the evening of Monday Dec 27, so I believe the article may be wrong about the date of playing the video game.

Well they have the bedding I assume since its missing from the photo. If the child was assaulted during the night there will probably be evidence on the bedding.

Trying to catch up.... here are some thoughts of mine.

1. Where is the location of Billie's work? Does it make sense where her phone was pinging? The thing with SA is hinky dinky rinky involving his work- latest report says he wasn't fired but instead left. This, coupled with the "deer in the headlights look" and not answering the door for DD does not look good. And tripled with the lie detector reactions. Then there is the drugs. The mask things? Meh. Either he is the most unluckiest person ever and it's all just a big coincidence that all this happened in the same time frame that Hailey went missing (Hello Terri Horman, sound familiar?) or something just aint right here.

2. CZ: I would like for you to know that I for one, support you. If my child was missing, I would want you for a friend. I think you are classy. I think perhaps you have been snowed. And I am so sorry for that. You trust your friends. I would too. But I did notice that you didn't answer particular questions we asked of you and I wondered if you yourself felt like things were a little off and didn't know how to answer them. Just know that I for one, am there for you to support you during this difficult time. I send you love and hugs and hope you are okay.

In light of the new info this morning about the cell phone tower, I'm leaning toward Billie leaving for work, and SA returning home after Billie was gone. Whether or not Hailey was still alive at this time, I don't know. I do think she was not by the time DD came home. And I think SA is capable of doing this all on his own, especially considering how he asked if folks had ever used their mask for an actual murder, and there were short videos of folks with these masks on... Makes me extra worried about the missing memory cards from those cameras. I hope to God this wasn't filmed as a real-life realization of some sick fantasy...

I wonder what the exact meaning of that is...DD knew what level she was on and figured she would play till midnight or when they took the xbox and told dd what level she was on he told them how long it would have taken her to get there?
