at the presser they said they have multiple persons of interest and will not relay them out of respect for Hailey...

on another note (ya know I have one... )

this buying of illegal drugs and money w/d is really bugging me especially after watching the most recent raw video of BD showing off her prescription meds to reporters....

I have several points on this:

1) first note of drug use was on one of the first nancy grace shows when BD says her test was aborted due to the fact that she had taken ativan...

okay bd got that...

2) at the second interview with ng she mentions antibiotics and pain killers for a tooth... ((so what did interfere with your test BD? are you saying both, all, none of the above?))

so multiple drugs are in your system that could interfere with your test right?

3) the affidavit comes around... it shows EXACTLY what this mom said to investigators to get probable cause to search her home... and in it is BD's testimony that two money w/d were made in snyder and ILLEGAL NARCOTICS purchased from a person in Surry County...

sorry BD but illegal narcotics are NOT PURCHASED at your local rite aide. Might I further comment that her utterances/statements in that affidavit are TELLING....they were under the gun sort of statements.

so why back track now? WHY SAY YOU WERE OUT OF MONEY?

Why show those prescription med bottles to reporters when they can without a fact track down when they were written, when they were filled, why they were filled etc...

I keep shaking my head saying are you serious????

dollars to donuts she didn't fill a toothache RX after work... dollars to whatever she has had that sitting around her house for several weeks...

why say this now? why to reporters who will dig?

This possible lying and OBVIOUS DEFIANCE of what SHE TOLD LE in interviews is very disturbing and concerning to me.


oh... and i might add... I am usually not a tears girl... I usually leave comment on these type things to body language analysts and the like... but I CANNOT HELP BUT NOTE that I have seen not one tear from this woman. Not a one.

It's all circular logic.

And a verrrry popular logic for abusers of prescription medication. I'll be interested to see if NG asks her about the drugs and if she uses that exact "logic" herself.

Yes, and rewatch that presser. Watch Sparky when he's asked if he thinks either BD or SA know where Hailey is. It was so very obvious. So very awkward. He ended up referring to the City Mgr. who dodged the question.

I have my doubts that NG is going to confront her with her "inconsistencies" between the affidavit and what she's said on her show. I'm thinking that she got her to come on the show tonight by saying she would go easy on her and let her explain her side. I will wait and see but I'm not thinking there will be much confrontation.

Correct me if I am wrong, but the posts that are calling out SA's family members on FB are not proper conduct and in some cases could cause for more trouble than good. I am not sure if anyone has contact with those on that page (I don't facebook, or a I would), it's a good idea to give them a heads up.

I don't know if Billie took an active role in whatever happened to Hailey, but I do believe that it would not have happened if not for her allowing this person into their lives, fully knowing what he was, or certainly knowing enough to know that he did not belong in the house with her daughter and son. There is a little more than just picking the wrong man here.

There was an article posted online from one of the local news venues; 3 people posted comments, 2 of which were less than kind toward BD and basically saying they felt she knew where her child is located. But it was written with much less finesse and IMO, the online news source disabled the comment feature and deleted all three posts. Again, IMO- I think the news source felt the information released today could set off a potential firestorm of ugliness and preempted the problem by stopping all comments.

It wasn't a big deal, just typical troll :loser: comments to stir the pot of public opinion!

NG seems to have taken BD "under her wing", so to speak. Reminds me of Ronald Cummings.

also, I wouldn't think they boldly stated to buying illegal narcotics. Maybe she told her pharmacy story, couldn't back it up, so cops told her what was up, & she relented? & is now back to the prescription bottle.

I watched the raw video and I don't see anything wrong with her behavior. But I guess I have been a trauma nurse for 25 years snd have woked with many families in crisis. There is no set behavior how anyone is SUPPOSED to act, is what we in critical care know. Everyone comes with their own set of experiences.
I have done press conferences in my home and their usually is a cameraman and reporter. It seems she is just looking at them. IMO. Don't shout me down!!

I agree, this video puts me back to believing her. The way her voice breaks, and little things she says that ... gets to me.
As for the way she's looking - I think the reporter asking the questions is sitting to the left of the camera, which is why she's is looking that way.

I've watched it 3 times, one of those times with no sound. I don't ordinarily get into scrutinizing body language etc, but two things did strike me - one that she had no tears in her eyes at any time, and two that her affect was exactly the same throughout the entire interview, no matter what she was discussing.
