You know what my mom told me one time? She said this to me concerning my sister and I when I was telling her about one of the cases going on. I can't remember which one. It might have been the Zahra Baker case or one of the cases going on. Anyways she has said this more than once to my sister and I.

"I always said when you girls were younger if your dad and I got a divorce that there would be no other man."

In other words saying she'd never put us girls in that position of possibly being raped or murdered by someone she was with. My mom is young only 50. She had me when she was 25. Most cases end up like that where you got the moms boyfriend doing something. Just like this case.

I agree with everything you said, with the exception is was right after Christmas and lots of people go broke because of it. My neighbor for instance almost had a stoke when he opened his wifes credit card bill at the mailbox. lol

I agree, I was BROKE...had to use my Christmas money for food...........

Just wanted to let everyone know that when I was driving to work this morning on Interstate 27 (Amarillo) I saw a HD Missing billboard. I was glad to see it even though my own personal opinion is that she is no longer with us.

The hobby part is driving me crazy :banghead: because I own true crime books and I'm here at websleuths all the time reading true crime. That doesn't mean she killed her daughter. There's nothing I have seen in any of the affidavits that make me think Billie is 100% involved. The "you should look into both of us' comment came from Shawn. Not a reliable source in my opinion. I think she's lied too about things involving her own character and that is why she failed the LDT. She's far from mother of the year but I haven't seen enough evidence indicating she's involved. Maybe that will change but at this point nothing is sticking in my opinion.

I also forgot to add to that list that Shawn admitted to threating the lives of Billie AND HAILEY. Billie denies this.

09:00:00 PM: Hailey's brother sees Hailey playing a video game in the living room as he leaves the house. Last reliable sign of life from Hailey.

10:00:00 PM: Billie sees Hailey watching TV in her room.



Mon, Dec 27


Unknown: Billie looks in on Hailey in bed in her room. Is unsure if she's really there.

05:30:00 AM: Shawn leaves for work.

06:00:00 AM: Shawn arrives at work, gets a Dr. Pepper, sees supervisor, does not speak to anyone.

06:10:00 AM: Shawn leaves work.

06:20:00 AM: Billie leaves for work, picked up by co-worker. Billie leaves cell phone home for the kids to use.

06:35:00 AM: Shawn returns to Colorado City, where Hailey's home is located.

06:56:00 AM: Shawn's cell phone stops pinging in Colorado City.

09:38:00 AM: Shawn arrives in Big Spring, where his mother's home is. Shawn makes 11 phone calls.

12:00:00 PM: Billie claims a man who lives with a neighbor sees Hailey in yard talking on phone. Mike Board of WOAI claims his station found a woman who saw Hailey in the yard on the phone, but no time is given.

02:40:00 PM: Shawn exits Big Spring.

03:00:00 PM: Shawn arrives Hailey's home in Colorado City. Shawn claims Hailey is there, and tells him she is going to her dad's, then to her friend's.

03:15:00 PM: Shawn claims Hailey leaves home, leaving all personal belongings behind. No one sees her walk anywhere on this entire day. Bloodhounds later track Hailey going toward her father's house, toward her friend's house, and toward a hotel.

04:00:00 PM: Brother returns home. Pounds on door for 5 minutes. No one answers. Enters home through a window. Shawn is standing in a hallway with "a deer in the headlights look."

05:45:00 PM: Shawn picks up Billie at work.

06:20:00 PM: Billie and Shawn make 2 ATM withdrawals in Snyder, $60 and $80. Billie later voluntarily tells LE that the money was buy illegal narcotics from someone in Scurry County for her and Shawn to use. Later still, Billie claims on national TV to have gotten the money to use for groceries and gas, and that she and Shawn were in Scurry County for only about 15 minutes.

07:30:00 PM: Billie and Shawn arrive back home in Colorado City.

07:30:00 PM: Billie and Shawn begin watching movies.

10:00:00 PM: Billie and Shawn go to bed. See 10pm Sun Dec 26 for last time Billie made any effort to determine Hailey's whereabouts or well-being.



Tue, Dec 28


12:00:00 PM: Billie calls Hailey's brother and tells him to text Hailey's friend, and tell her to tell Hailey to come home. Brother texts but unable to contact friend. Brother calls and friend says Hailey never said she was going there, and never came over. This is the first time since Sun Dec 26 at 10pm that Billie has made any effort to determine Hailey's whereabouts or well-being. Billie has a co-worker drive her to Colorado City. She checks several places for Hailey.

02:00:00 PM: Billie reports Hailey missing to LE at the police department.

EXACTLY! She isn't a lawyer, judge or in law enforcement. Her using "witness" is hinky to me too.

Not being argumentative but IIRC, a statement by NG or somebody just prior to Billie saying that mentioned something about credible witnesses. I'm too lazy to look up the transcripts right now, computer is slow, but I think she was parroting that word. Not positive, though.

Not a good way to start my day! When I read the article, this stood out to me:

"It upsets me. It surprises me. It seems like maybe I didn't know him as well as I thought I did if he made some of those statements," said Dunn.

He threatened to kill you and BD - FACT. We have video where he's dressing up like some creature with a butcher knife in his hand, and possibly the remains of an animal. You are included in this video. I'm assuming you saw it BD.

after seeing the butcher vid i am sorta wondering if they were getting "ideas" for a future/next video? also considering the date that the info was printed, could they have been looking for a "theme" for a halloween party or more scary costumes to make based on a real life crime?

also earlier i was pondering that IF the crime info is bd's and considering her statement on ng that "they arent normal people like us" could she have been trying to relate to sa or bond on some mutual level? maybe because she was starting to see that he was having a problem/addiction to all the slasher stuff and she could have been trying to figure out if she needed to worry about it??? idk... shes got a lot to worry about now. sad, hd had to have been scared out of her mind! moo

How about you make a withdrawal, buy your drugs, snort it or smoke it, feel it's good **it, make another withdrawal and buy some more. It doesn't take long to smoke/snort 50 or 60 dollars worth of a high end drug like cocaine or crack.

The affidavit states they made two withdraws from an ATM machine in Snyder, Surry County Texas, on Monday, 12/27. The first at 6:19 and the second 6:20. The first withdrwal was for 60.00 and the second 80.00.

Yesterday right after Nana's interview was posted in the early afternoon, I wished here that NG would have Nana and BillieD on the show. Miraculously, my wish came true a few hours later. Today, I'm wishing for a full hour of Sparky for your birthday. Fingers crossed....

I was MIA for a few days...I thought BD and SA shared her vehicle (until it broke down). Has it been confirmed that they drove separate vehicles and if so who's car was SA driving?
