In the list of documents on true crime that BD downloaded, and because I haven't heard of many of those cases, is it of someone's opinion that most of those cases have murder and sex in them? Are these the main focus of these particular cases that BD printed out?

I have a question about cars/trucks...did they have two between them at some point, a car and a truck? I have only seen reference to one vehicle being taken in by LE but have heard that SA had a truck, not sure if a fact or rumor.

Also, I am concerned and sure LE is too, about the reason for heading up to work only to leer and leave. If he did not go away with something then maybe he a: hid something there at work, does he have a locker b: never meant to go inside but was seen nearby and needed to show his face

I don't discount anything as he has not proven to be overly bright. He may not have had any idea how odd it would look when he went in and then left again and may have thought he was creating a believable alibi. But there had to be a reason. If he intended to work but then changed his mind, was it because he recalled something left undone at home? Or did he have a sudden urge to race back to the house to kill/harm Hailey, who may have been still asleep?

I have NO words.

I do not know either why she will not get on tv and go verbal postal on him. The only thing I can think of is either BD is the most trusting person in the world OR LE doesnt want her to say anything to that extent yet.. to keep SA to think that she doesnt believe he is involved for some reaons
or the last thing I could thing of a possible reason to not be sure he is involved is to admitt that then that is to admitt that he is a true liar and hiding somthing major which in her mind is a reality of her little girl is no longer alive.

The searches are like a needle in a haystack. I hope this doesnt turn into a Hailey Cummings case.

At about 10 a.m. TX-DOT road crews reported finding skeletal remains near abandoned railroad tracks.

The tracks are just beyond the trees off Highway 77, five miles north of Cameron.

The Milam County Sheriff's Office, along with several state troopers, have had the area near Loop 139 roped off as a crime scene.

Milam County Sheriff David Greene says the entire skeleton has not yet been recovered.

"We just keep finding more and more. The whole skeleton is there if we can just find it, but I think the animals have already scavenged it and started dragging it off," says Greene.

Can someone please call this county and tell them that K9 SAR of Texas or any number of other fine handlers out there can bring HRD dogs out and find the rest of the remains for them. I just don't have the energy at this point.

Ok, there's just no way that she can date this guy for 3 years and NOT know about any of this stuff. I just don't get the complete denial. I almost feel like we are watching an abuse victim in action....watching her break down and feel guilty for not being able to 'stand by her man'. I can't explain it.
According to both her AND LE, this guy who she 'didn't know that side of' threatened the life of her and her child last February. Really?? Didn't know this part of him? You were doing drugs with him....you bought drugs the night your own daughter went missing.
I'm just so utterly sickened by this. She has repeatedly tried to steer clear of blaming SA in any way....while he calls her daughter a drug addict and promiscuous.....while he threatens both of their lives....while he stares at her daughter in her own bedroom.....while he LIES about losing his job, his wherabouts for Monday morning, fails 3 polys, and only passes the question of where Hailey is located.
If Billie 'didn't know this side of him' it wasn't for his lack of trying. She simply refused to believe anything that would go against SA. Why is he....why are his feelings more important than demanding answers about Hailey!??!

I am totally baffled. I was on Billie's side, then the fence, I crossed over once, got back on it, back to Billie's side, back to the fence... If locals didn't speak so highly of her, then there would probably be no fence for me.

At times I think she had no idea and is totally clueless. Or maybe she turned a blind eye to 'lesser' offenses, never imagining that it would turn to this. At other times, I think she is totally covering for SA b/c she knows that if he goes down that she goes down with him. I have a hard time thinking she harmed her daughter...

I think SA and his buddies are capable of doing this all by themselves. I do not think SA acted alone. Not for one second. But I do not know what to think of Billie. I honestly just don't.

A lot of info has come out tonight, and I'm just in tears. I think this little girl is gone and that her last moments/hours were torturous... :cry:

Are they suspecting this to be HD or something? Milam County is more central---by Austin and Temple--- like 6 hours away from CCity / Mitchell County.

They also talk about bringing in an archeologist to help put the remains back together so they can possibly ID them. Doesn't sound recent to me...

Does anyone know if any of S's co workers/supervisor report seeing him LEAVE with ANYTHING..???
tools, etc????...I am sure the LE have checked tools at the house...I believe he went to work briefly for an alibi..but left to go back to the house....Was H on Christmas break from school and would be home?....anyone know if the school was on break? thanks imo
