MILAM COUNTY -- Authorities in Milam County are combing the woods off Highway 77 trying to piece together human remains found Thursday morning.

At about 10 a.m. TX-DOT road crews reported finding skeletal remains near abandoned railroad tracks.

The tracks are just beyond the trees off Highway 77, five miles north of Cameron.

The Milam County Sheriff's Office, along with several state troopers, have had the area near Loop 139 roped off as a crime scene.

Milam County Sheriff David Greene says the entire skeleton has not yet been recovered.

"We just keep finding more and more. The whole skeleton is there if we can just find it, but I think the animals have already scavenged it and started dragging it off," says Greene.

Milam county is right next to the county I live in, which is pretty far from where Haily went missing. Also not trying to sound off here, but would she be down to only her skeleton by now?

Ok, there's just no way that she can date this guy for 3 years and NOT know about any of this stuff. I just don't get the complete denial. I almost feel like we are watching an abuse victim in action....watching her break down and feel guilty for not being able to 'stand by her man'. I can't explain it.
According to both her AND LE, this guy who she 'didn't know that side of' threatened the life of her and her child last February. Really?? Didn't know this part of him? You were doing drugs with him....you bought drugs the night your own daughter went missing.
I'm just so utterly sickened by this. She has repeatedly tried to steer clear of blaming SA in any way....while he calls her daughter a drug addict and promiscuous.....while he threatens both of their lives....while he stares at her daughter in her own bedroom.....while he LIES about losing his job, his wherabouts for Monday morning, fails 3 polys, and only passes the question of where Hailey is located.
If Billie 'didn't know this side of him' it wasn't for his lack of trying. She simply refused to believe anything that would go against SA. Why is he....why are his feelings more important than demanding answers about Hailey!??!

or BD is just like him..............peas in a pod..........birds of a feather........
IMO, BD likes bad boys.

I am trying to really stay neutral where bd is concerned..its getting harder by the day though..However she seemed a bit more talkative today which is good. I missed the firsst half of NG whats this about the digging under the house?

That would totally depend on the temperatures/weather and also animal activity in the area. Oh, would also depend on whether or not the body was intact when dumped or altered in some way such as by burning, acid, dismemberment, etc... sorry to be so graphic, it's just the facts

I have NO words.

I haven't had many words for this entire mess. And usually, this is not a problem for me Usually I look & read and know. The affidavits did help me know some things - finally.
1) LE was hindered, not helped, from the get-go.
2) SA richly deserves his official POI status.
3) BD is a manipulator/liar.

Now-I know there are folks who don't think so. But I've known such people up close..people who make you think that you must be crazy as they insist on, shall we say, their "discernment of the truth". There's a whole book about these kinds. "People of the Lie-the Psychology of Evil" (Scott Peck).

Am I certain of her level of involvement? No. Am I certain that she twists reality to fit her own agenda? About 99.9% And 100% that her "discernment of the truth" damages and hurts others left and right. People who "aren't like us" is a nice bit of projection. IMO, MOO, etc.

Yes, much colder then usual. We have had lows in the 20's which is cold for us down here. And I was thinking the same thing.....I would think that the body would be better preserved due to the colder weather.
