OK...this is the first time I have been able to be here today. So lost. Trying to read back and see what's happening. Anyone care to give a short synopsis? TIA

Every so often if someone wouldn't mind doing a brief update I would greatly appreciate it also.

It is really hard to follow Hailey's case unless you are on this thread for hours at a time.

Feel free to jump in and do an update once in a while. It's OK if we have more than one

The news today is Clint's mom was on NG and spoke to local news about how when Hailey was 11, she told her she was scared of SA and that he stood outside her bedroom at night, etc...grandma told Clint, but apparently nothing was done by anyone and Billie, on NG again, denied knowing anything about it.

Oh if only you knew... Not sure if I can even try:


- some new docs released about searching electronic media at Billie's house (basically a legality for access to hard drives, etc)

- Clint's mom and Billie were on NG tonight

- Clint's mom talks about how scared Hailey was of SA and how she tried to get custody herself and get her out of there, etc, etc.

- Clint spent the day in Odessa, following up on a lead that didn't pan out

Honestly, things have been moving sooooo fast tonight I wouldn't know what thread the links are on and I am up way past my bedtime so I might forget stuff. Here goes.....

*2 more affadavits released
*Grandma "thinks SA raped and killed" Hailey
*Hailey told grandma SA stood in her bedroom doorway at night and it scared her.
*NG was asking some tough questions, Grandma and BD were on
*lots of disguting/scary videos on youtube(these are in the parking lot)

Talking about the Monday morning. Hailey apparently left Monday afternoon for the sleepoever.

I think SA and Billie did horrible things to Hailey Sun. night, but didn't kill her. SA took care of that on Monday and Tuesday.

Good possibility....But I find it hard to believe B would go off to work..and just leave the house FULL OF EVIDENCE...with her son...soon to come home...I would think if she did participate in something horrible...she would call in to work and stay home...just a guess...
I lean towards BD knowing...something....she is not out searching for her baby..and day by day seems..like...everything is unbelieveable to her...she could be medicated, tho....all in my own opinion..

PattyG posted that she did have them on youtube, but I can not remember which thread it was in. I am so far behind tonight. I have have this site up all day, but have been on and off and not read every comment.

Surely the LE have questioned S's supervisor/boss regarding his behavior that day...whether anxious, nervous, angry, sweating, flushed, emotionally wrought...could tell a lot...the state he was in....just a thought and an opinion..

Oh, I'm sorry shefner...I feel terrible because I saw your post but waited for someone else to respond as I was still trying to catch up myself...next time you (or whomever) will get an "abbreviated" update, if I'm online---as long as you don't hold me to the accuracy of the information!

But I am glad you asked because the updates helped me too!

S is certainly having trouble with his "alibi".....I believe an arrest will happen shortly...BD has not "lawyered up" yet...but NG and MK...are still trying to keep her talking...until she does....and she might....but in the meantime, Billie, keep talking....moo..
