S is certainly having trouble with his "alibi".....I believe an arrest will happen shortly...BD has not "lawyered up" yet...but NG and MK...are still trying to keep her talking...until she does....and she might....but in the meantime, Billie, keep talking....moo..

So how many of you think that NG and MK really believe Billie, or are just trying to get her to talk?

Hat's off to grandma. Sounds like she was laying a curse on him.

I hope he's arrested soon but the question now is what evidence do they have that will lead to a charge? Hopefully this is like the Debbie Flores Narvaez case where LE are turning up incriminating stuff outside of the public eye and not like Susan Powell where her husband Josh is a free man a year after she went missing even though there are pretty much no doubts about his guilt. Right now the most hope may lie in finding a body or getting a co-conspirator to talk, if there is one.

So is BD a nurse now or a unit secretary? I thought someone said she lost her license, which is not that easy a thing to accomplish. IMO, she's a follower and was doing whatever her boyfriend wanted with the gory true crime stuff and even drugs, but she doesn't look like much of a druggie at all. The boyfriend has a scott peterson look. The eyes don't match the face and mouth when he's talking.

BD lost her LVN license in November, 2008. It was permanently revoked and this information can be found on the Texas State licensing site. I did not keep a link.

I think it might have been night before last, Nancy Grace asked BD if she was a nurse. BD answered no, she was a secretary at the hospital. It should be on the transcript, but this is IIRC since I do not recall which show it was.

I agree that she might be a unit secretary because of her working hours being the same as some nurses. All unit secretaries have to be versed in medical terms as well as pharmacy names for drugs. It is an exacting job from what I hear.

I also agree with you about the 'Scott Peterson' look. I actually thought that about SA the very first time I saw a pic of him and then on TV.

IMO...they are trying to get her to give out information....they may believe her...I don't know...but they are "experienced" in getting information ...and BD is on national TV right now...and much attention..is given to this case...and to HER...using that..and the both of them "praising her for standing up to a lot of criticism" may feed her ego some....and she will continue to talk...altho she is not giving up anything VALUABLE to solve this case...not even a theory...they want to keep her talking....IMO...she will continue..until something surfaces that implicate her ...then she will get counsel and STOP TALKING...the heat is not on her....YET.....all in my own opinion..

I'm trying to figure out something about the documents she printed at work and brought home. She's been with SA for a couple of years now. She says that true crime is a hobby of hers and she enjoys reading about it, the different brain thing, etc.

So answer this: why was the ONLY material they found (or least mentioned in the affidavit) dated from Sept to Oct of this year? It has a definite start and end point.

I have a theory but I want to hear what some of you say first...

Here is another question I wish I knew the answer. Billie did not feel the need to call and check on HD at MB's house on the day/night that SA said she was going to spend the night. But, she did call her son the next day and told him to text MB and tell HD to come home. If she was comfortable enough to let her spend the night without talking to HD, then what made her decide to call at that particular time and wanted her to come home? HD was out of school for the holidays and most teens sleep late when they do not have school the next day. She said that a co-worker drove her to the LE and she called SA and he came immediately. She knew is was not at work at that time, IMO. Something is not right with so many of his/her/stories. Actually, I have many questions, but this one keeps bugging me.

My family and I have Hailey in our prayers and still praying for her safe return. I am trying to hold on to faith that Hailey is alive and safe, but each day it is getting harder.

I don't think NG is really feeling supportive of BD. . I think NG is disgusted with the way she moved that into the house with her kids. But she has to play nice for two reasons. One, she wants BD to keep being a guest and keep talking, and she cannot have another Melinda Duckett incident. So NG has to grit her teeth and smile and pretend they are friends.

I have something else that has been bothering me, every time that BD has been questioned about the ATM withdrawal, she continually says that she was pulling the money out because they had no idea how much money was in the bank because she is broke....well when you pulled out the first amount of money the receipt will show you what your balance is, so then you actually pull out more money so you can buy more pills....

I have heard her mention being broke several times on NG and I will go back to what I call the Anthony effect, I think alot of families have followed that case, and when they find out that they can license photos and videos as well as get paid for interviews and not to mention all the generous people in this country that are likely to send a card with possibly a check in it just to help out, I think that missing kids have become a income stream, And I really hate to say that but it is the truth in todays society....And the longer they are missing the more money that starts to flow....And if they start selling T-Shirts and pins and putting jars out in gas stations then that is even more tax free money they can rake in.....

And while I am on the subject of T-Shirts and pins, why does BD never wear any of those, surly someone has made up some, I saw CD on NG wearing on, but not BD, and to also not plead for the person who has her to please just drop her off at a hospital or fire station so she can come back home, and I also have never even seen her talk directly to Hailey to let her know they are looking for her....There is defiantly something wrong with this situation.

Help me out here. WHY does BD keep saying "All I know is the Hailey is not in this house". She said it a couple of times tonight on NG. What does that mean? If your child goes missing you want them with you, you want them found, you plead for their return.

The fact is, Hailey is not in this house, and nobody`s found her.

Everybody needs to remember that the whole reason her face is being put out there is because she`s not in her house.

Say it once, okay. But she says it in nearly every interview.

It sounds sooooo detached. There's no emotion whatsoever.

You summed it up perfectly. Just like BD saying she wants HD back in "her house". Not pleading for her return, or talking to her (honey, we're looking for you. stay strong, I love you). No button, no ribbon. I feel (IMHO) she knows what happened to HD and the more she talks the more I feel stronger about that.

I cant decided if I think she had anything to do with HD' disappearance or not.

She is very much seeming to be on pills which would make her look and talk odd. I also think she may have been asked not to put everything on the news and I think she (if innocent) is getting hit with waves of knowing this is not going to end well.

I do think she is lying about drugs for sure. I wouldnt doubt she was kept in them on purpose and is in fear of people she was getting them from.

Nancy tried to get her to out on national TV that she had reported to LE that she had bought drugs. The people she got whatever drugs from are not blind to the news on the case. She has already admitted to LE where she was I am sure she had no idea LE would release that info to Nancy.

Sure she could have said yes that is true on TV as it is out there now but when she was confronted with it I am sure her thoughts were about her dealers being made aware the she had outed them and what recourse that may have.


She also seems to be dim? But maybe the meds.

Seriously, I am more convinced that Adam Baker is 100% innocent than I am that Billie is 2% innocent. She knew it all, she knows what happened, and she knows where Hailey is now IMO. To top it off ... she's "not sure" about SA? She hasn't broken down crying ONCE at the thought of what may have happened to her baby girl ?

OMG there would be NO one who could stop me from getting a hold of someone I thought had hurt my child ... possibly even tortured and killed my baby..... I'd be insane and you better believe that person would talk. I'd be worse than a momma grizzly with a machine gun.

One of the reasons she talks funny - the way she speaks and moves her mouth, I think she possibly has her tongue pierced. I swear I saw a glipse of her piercing last evening on NG.

So no way you think she is keeping him thinking she is supportive of him for the investigators? and wearing a wire and that for them?

Mark Klass seemed supportive of her yesterday on NG so that had alot of weight on my opinion.

Actually, even though LE seems to be calling SA a POI among several, I do not think an arrest will come without more evidence. The forensic evidence may not be back yet from anything found on HD's sheets, or maybe even in a vehicle. DNA takes a while. The good thing is that should there be any dried seminal fluids found on the sheets, a blood type as well as other charateristics of the person can be determined as well.

I believe that local LE did all they could with limited officers and resources, but the ball really got rolling when the Texas Rangers came in on the case. When the adults within the missing persons household tells inconsistant versions, it is very hard on LE. LE will go where the evidence leads them, tho, whether or not it goes along with any of their versions.

BD claimed that she withdrew $140 for "gas, groceries, whatever..."

Since she used an ATM/debit card to withdraw the money, that same ATM/debit card could have been used to pay for gas & groceries @ the point of sale. She wouldn't have needed cash to buy gas or groceries - but she would have needed cash to score her drugs.

Not that I ever believed her lame story, but I wanted to point out how ridiculous her lame explanation is.

She withdrew $140 for "whatever" i.e. illegal narcotics, as she testified to in the affidavit.

Yet, she keeps giving interviews to deny it, under the guise of keeping the focus on her little girl.

IMO, BD cares more about covering up her illicit drug abuse than she does about finding her daughter.

BD behaves like a typical drug addict - clinging to her lies even in the face of concrete truth.

God help Hailey, because her mother certainly isn't.
