Actually, I just wanted to brag about my friend's list, I'll admit it - BeyondBelief is pretty fabulous!

(I'm batting a thousand today, sheesh, and it's not even 9:30 yet. Ugh.)

I don't think that was BD in the video MOO and I do believe the reason why a lot of people are on the fence with BD is because it is clear she has a learning disability.

BO told NG yesterday that she was a secretary and secretaries at a hospital/nursing home typically work business hours: Monday-Friday from either 8 am - 4 pm, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, or 9 am -5 pm.

Secretaries don't work 12-hour rotating shifts like nurses do.

BO and SA withdrew cash from the ATM machine before 7 pm on dec 27 so if she is working as a secretary, this could explain why she wasn't at work.

I think a local confirmed with us that BD works in a hospital not a nursing home.

On the contrary, sometimes they do, depends on the hospital. They are called unit secretaries, used to be called ward clerks. They work at the nurses' stations, not in an office.
This sounds like it might be a small community hospital... they could very well have 12 hours shifts rather than 8 hours, and it makes sense to have the ward clerks work the same hours.

LEO's sworn statement in search warrant affidavit:

The first withdrawal was for $60.00 and the second withdrawal was for $80.00. It was determined through the voluntary interview and voluntary admission of Billie Dunn that the money was used to purchase illegal narcotics from a person in Scurry County, Texas. Dunn admitted that the illegal narcotics were for Adkins and herself.

GRACE: What about this? I know that you used your ATM twice in a row that Monday night when Hailey goes missing, one right after the next. Now, according to these police affidavits, illegal drugs were purchased. What`s the story, Billie?

BILLIE DUNN: I know. And I don`t want to get into it any more. I just want to clear things up. We did go to the ATM, and the reason there was two withdrawals is because I didn`t know how much money I had in there. I know we were broke. We pulled money out for gas, food, whatever. We did go to the north side of town for maybe 15 minutes just to stop by my mom`s house. And she lives on the north side of Snyder. And we came straight home.

I'd like to offer a different perspective on this.

IMO, a parent of a missing child is going on Nancy Grace to get that child's picture on TV, in order to get as many of the general public as possible to see the missing child, to get her face out there, in hopes the public will keep an eye out for her and know her if they see her and get her home. With all due respect, IMO, BD lying on NG about buying drugs has no impact whatsoever on a civilian's ability to recognize Hailey if they see her walking down the street; the only thing that civilian needs to know to recognize Hailey is what she looks like.

LE, on the other hand, are investigating the disappearance of the missing child. They need as much information as it is possible to get to determine what could have happened to this child and narrow down where she might be so they can make more aggressive search for her, hopefully to find her safe and sound and bring her home, but if not, to be able to find and to bring a case against the guilty parties. LE NEEDS the truth about BD's drug buying, and according to LE's affidavit, BD gave it to them.

I have always thought SA was responsible for Haleigh's disappearance but I was on the the fence about BD. That was until I visited the Parking Lot. At this point, I don't care whether she was directly involved. She knew what SA and his friends were like and she exposed her daughter to that. I can't even imagine the fear Haleigh lived in everyday. I would have been terrified!
I am just so disgusted right now. :furious::furious:

I think some people are just trying to give BD an out. Not me, I hold her responsible for everything she has chosen.

I don't think it's "clear" that she has any learning disability AT ALL. She has/ had a nursing degree. She can comprehend the stuff that was going on around her..... no questions asked.

I'm left wondering how good of a student she was though. I'd love to see her grades.

I hope the police are investigating friends of BD and SA. One news cast stated the neighbor said there were always people going in and out of the home. Some of these people could have questionable characters as well (birds of a feather).

Hailey probably knew and maybe even trusted one of these people to give her a ride that day.

Scurry County Sheriff Darren Jackson tells bigcountryhomepage.com he's not aware of a discovery of bones that could possibly be human. He went on to say he's not aware of anything of this nature or evidence being found.

Other law enforcement sources familiar with the case tell bigcountryhomepage.com that this likely wouldn't be connected with the case. If Hailey was deceased, her remains likely wouldn't be found in the form of bones, according to the source.

I disagree.

There is a slight delay from the time Nancy asks the question and the time she actually gets to hear it. Only a second or two, but none the less a delay. Couple that delay along with Billies deliberate delay to think back to what she said before or to her previously rehearsed pat answer to deny deny deny. IMO
