Well, I was over there this afternoon, it wasn't in the living room, so I assumed (yes, I know) that it was in his room. He has been at his uncle's house since yesterday, so I suppose it is possible that he took it with him.

edit - oops, didnt know this one posted, so i did another.

Did she move back to her house? She told the reporter a couple of days ago she wasn't staying at the house,or was that yesterday, can't remember.I sure wouldn't stay there alone.

I don't know much about xbox except that people can play others in different locations and chat. People can also get online with them. Wouldn't police have taken the xbox to check for any evidence?

They did take it,but not sure what all was given back.Well that was cool that they gave him another one.

Are you sure? Please give a link. She has been there the entire time, except for short periods. And she is not alone, her mom is staying with her.

It was yesterday I think one male reporter was in front of where SA was staying and said it was SA's black truck.BD was being interviewed in front of her house with a female reporter and the black truck was in front of there,it's not the same truck.I think it's the truck that doesn't work.So someone said maybe he's borrowing one.But when she was talking to the reporter she said she wasn't staying at the house.Maybe she didn't want reporters bugging her there anymore,so she said she wasn't staying there.LOL

Thanks for all your help tonight. You really answered some important questions. As always, our prayers are with everyone who loves Hailey. May she be surrounded by an army of angels until she's brought safely home. Good night!

The Feb 2010 incident - geeze you people have such imaginations (no offense, promise)

SA took Billies debit card, and I guess made a withdrawal. She called LE, he gave her the money back. Now, this is what she told me, and I didn't press for any other details besides asking if she was sure he hadn't threatened her or Hailey then.

So she knew he was a thief before she moved him in with her children?
And that when confronted about being a thief his response would be to threaten her life and the life of her child?

He is a liar according to the police.
A thief according to you according to Billie.
A drunk according to his drunk and disorderly arrest.
A drug user by Billie's account and his own.
Prone to violence according to Billie and the incident report.
Uses chainsaws on animals for entertainment according to an uncle in the affidavit and his own youtube channel.

I will stop wondering why Billie doesn't seem shocked during her interviews since she already knew these things and probably much more about him (the vast majority if not all before moving him with her children).

I reserve the right to be perplexed about why she is so afraid to lose him.

Do you know how to do this? If not I will try and research it myself. Maybe it would lead to something...

LE will be able to get the phone and text records. All of the smaller cellular companies contract to use the biggies as carriers (Verizon, ATT, Virgin, etc.) they will provide the info when there's a court order. As to finding the info online, I do not know. I worked cust. service for one of the big cellular companies briefly in 2008...

LOL, I am (somewhat) an x-box guru. To play with others, you have to have an internet connection, plus pay extra for X-box live. My son and I both have been known to play almost without interruption all day. We only get the one-day marathons every now and then, but it's easy to do if you don't have other stuff you need to get done, and sometimes if you do. :)

Do they have wifi? PS3's can pick up neighbor's internet if it's not blocked.

Also, according to the grandma, he scared Haylie and stood outside facing her door late at night after closing himself in the bathroom with the phone.

They did, and very nicely brought him another to play on.

Now this makes no freaking sense to me at all. We have been told repeatedly that there is no internet at that house. To use the XBox to chat and play games with others you have to have internet access!!! So, if there was no internet, why in the blazes would LE take DD's XBox? And please don't say it was to see how long Hailey was on the game that Sunday night, because that info can be accessed by copying the hard drive info onto a memory card or flash drive.

So, what possible reason in the whole wide world would LE take a freaking XBox??????

The only reason that a hypothetical was discussed or reason why its even being mentioned and/or pondered upon is to make sense of the fact that Billie for some reason is denying the Feb 2010 domestic incident report where SA eventually admitted that he had indeed threatened both Billie and Hailey's life..

So, in hearing that she is denying this it is mentioned that she said that wasn't even the reason LE were called that day..

Its in an official police report that the incident did happen{SA threatening Billie and Hailey's life}..

in an above post I gave a "hypothetical" trying to come up with even a somewhat reasonable explanation of why she states it didn't happen..

So, in the hypothetical{and it is a hypothetical, in no way is it an assumption or accusation}I came up with a reasonable explanation that Billie could be stating "that wasn't even the reason LE were called that day" meaning that possibly when LE showed up to the residence of the domestic incident that there was a "different" reason given to LE as to why a call was placed to them.. just as many ppl do..once realizing the police are about to become involved in a situation many ppl downplay, deny, or give another excuse for possibly why someone had made a call to LE notifying them of what was taking place in your home..

With that hypothetical in mind..Billie denies that there was a report or anything filed, so I thought if its possible given she didn't even know a report existed could it be that now hearing that a report exists she had expected it state whatever the claim/excuse/ reason that they decided to tell LE once arriving on the scene.. Thus the statement she made to czgtz about "that wasn't even the reason police were called that day" would begin to make some sense..

That she possibly thought that if a domestic incident report or any police report for that matter had actually been filed that day Feb 2010 that the report would NOT HAVE STATED THERE WAS THE THREAT MADE BY sa of billie and hailey's lives, but rather if a report existed that it stated whatever that "other"{a gave an example of what could be said was the reason in place of the truth}..in her mind she thought if a report was filed by LE that day that it would state whatever it was that they told LE when they got on the scene..

Therefor as I pointed out above this would atleast begin to "somewhat make sense" of why Billie would state #1 that IT NEVER EVEN HAPPENED AND #2 THAT WHAT WE ARE HEARING ISN'T TRUE AS TO THE REASON LE WERE EVEN CALLED THAT DAY{i.e. her and Hailey's life threatened by SA}..

HTH as to why such scenarios would even be discussed ..ALL IN ATTEMPTING TO UNDERSTAND WHY BILLIE WOULD DENY AND/OR LIE ABOUT THE DOMESTIC INCIDENT AND THE THREATS TO HER AND HER CHILD{that SA did eventually ADMIT that he threatened both her life and her daughters life}..

So, in response to post below.. we are trying to figure out why then would she lie? It is not to come up with crazy outlandish hypotheticals off the top of our heads..it is to attempt to understand why this little girls mom is choosing to lie about such important and glaringly obvious truths..

The girl I worked with had a prepaid plan and she could pull up her account on the internet. I would go on the carrier's website and try to figure it out. If I couldn't I would call the carrier and see if it's possible. If it's not, and I think it is, I would ask them to mail/email me a printout/history because they have to have records.

SBM-

Because she doesn't want anyone to judge her or slander her. Has she said this in MSM? or only to her friend CZ? I can't remember now...

TIA!

Okay... in accordance with my thinking outside the box... when I think I see Billie say something inconsistent, I put myself in her position.

She has VERY limited time, especially on Nancy.

If she retold every detail she told last time in every show we'd never learn anything new.

Personal Example:

My daughter cuts off a finger (2008, all better now.)

My MIL calls to check on her a couple days later and asks how she is doing.

So one of the things I say is "The antibiotics are making her sick."

When I talk to her the next day I say "She accidentally got too much protein and she got sick."

My MIL accuses me of lying because "yesterday it was the antibiotics making her sick." And I didn't mention the protein the first day or the antibiotic the next day. ("I thought yesterday it was the antibiotics making her sick" in your best snotty-condescending-MIL-I-need-a-drink-to-talk-to-voice.)

Instead of trying to keep it short and spare her details, I SHOULD have said on the first day...

"Because she cut off her finger with that unopened soup can, they had to sew it back on in the ER. They put her on an antibiotic to prevent infection. That is making her poop everywhere."

The next day I should have said, "As you may remember, because she cut off her finger with that unopened soup can, they had to sew it back on. They put her on an antibiotic to prevent infection. That is making her poop everywhere. Then in all the confusion with that, someone gave her the wrong food with too much protein and that made her projectile vomit all over the family room and the dog."

Then just imagine the following days how long it gets to recap everything. Not very practical.

I have the option to include EVERY detail so that there is nothing to accuse me of. Billie doesn't, because she is on a time constraint.

If I was in her situation I would probably write every detail of the story down and fax it to all media outlets.

I know there are other things... but I don't think inconsistencies like THIS are intentionally deceptive. I think she is just trying not to repeat "unimportant" details again. :twocents:

It doesn't matter if it they did have internet access, it's not like the wireless card saves anything, so everything would still be on the hard drive. Obviously, they took it for some other reason.

Can you help me out here?...all I've heard is that Hailey was playing a game on the Xbox - not that she was chatting or playing w/ others (which would require an internet connection).

Also, is it standard for LE to copy data while in a potential crime scene w/ potential evidence & not take the data source?

Good point, but if they never had internet access, there wouldn't be anything on the hard drive, which again, can simply be accessed and downloaded using a flash drive.

So, yes, they took it for another reason. But what in the world could that be????
