Just had an 'ah-ha' moment. JMHO: That's why he stayed away from the house until around 3-ish, I bet. He had no idea when DD would be returning and he didn't want to be caught there during the day b/c he had no plans on telling Billie that he had lost/quit/made his job go 'poof' into thin air by walking out.

So he went to his mom's for an alibi, to get internet, whatever - staying away as long as he could because there was something he had to retrieve or check on back at the house before picking up Billie from work.

If he had been there earlier in the day and DD had seen him, then he would look more suspicious. He had to go back at some point so that he could legitimately say the stuff about the sleepover, putting off any suspicions about Hailey's whereabouts for another day.

The other theory here is that he was hoping to get in/out of there without being seen at all. But DD spotted him, hence the deer-in-the-headlights look. Since he was there, he then had to come up with a story about why he hadn't seen Hailey.

Regardless, I think that's why he waited until after 3:00 to return.

But DD apparently had no key so why would SA have been concerned about meeting him there? In any case it would have soon come out that he wasn't at work, and he would have known that, so it doesn't make sense to wait till his normal time to come home and then pretend that nothing happened.

The deer-in-the headlights thing could be explained by the fact that DD was pounding on the door and then broke into the house. SA would have been expecting to encounter a burglar when they met, if that is what actually happened. Why did DD do that anyway? SA's vehicle must have been there so breaking in was an odd thing to do. Or was he parked somewhere else? And wouldn't DD have mentioned this to BD at the time when she got home from work since it was unusual? And why would she not have found the sudden unexpected absence of her daughter on the same day odd given what else happened?

What is your theory on why SA left work?

I have also thought he was mad,by the time he got to work he decided to leave.He wasn't fired,boss said he was a good worker and it doesn't make sense.

To go back and take care of what needed taking care of ! IF anything needed taking care of. IMO I am thinking there were leftovers still on the table from the night before ! JMO

I think he needed something from there.I don't know what,maybe an alibi,but his boss saw him and he didn't even say anything to him.

Does he work with any kind of tools that would help him to dispose of a body? I wonder if when he left, if he called BD to let her know that part of the plan didn't work so she really did know that day that he was no longer working there???

People said they got the videos and sent to LE and the media,one girl on the FB said she got them all.I haven't found where they are posted anywhere,except the two and I haven't even looked to see any of them again.So people do have them,the important thing is LE has them.What they had on NG was nothing.

Anyway it was both of them saw Hailey and Jillian may have spoken to Hailey but even Nancy would not confirm that.

In looking at the whole affidavitt and trying to rack my brain on why (who I guess is sparky) would say " look at the whole document" I have to wonder if the whole document is not a decoy to lead the real suspect ito feeling comfy enough to relax. They are dropping small hints but blowing that off like nothing. I dunno . I am just thinking over the whole case and not over Billies ticks and switches.

Why did the neighbor who's name may be charles or dennis move??

I know when I was questioned by LE about somethig the LE asking me questions lied to me about the suspects name. and the suspect lied to me about his name. Is that typical?

Any other case and us as Websleuths would be all over that but for some reason we are blowing that off as coindence. And a whole document we are not supposed to pick apart.
I just dont understand.

Yes those were the mild ones NG had ! Honestly the most disturbing things I have seen in all my years !! definitely a eye opened to the drug scene and the s/m stuff !! IMO

I'm trying to do the same. IMHO, if you step back and look at the affidavit as a whole, what really jumps out first? SA and his lies/inconsistencies/whereabouts.

IMO she's acting (very badly) like she SHOULD as a grieving mother - but she has no conscious so she isn't coming across as believeable and that's got her reeling. HOW DARE THE PUBLIC talk bad about her! How dare anyone smear her reputation! She's a good mother.

I pray that they can find Hailey. Because I do believe the perps did their homework.

I honestly don't know what to make of BD..She claims she doesn't care what ppl think of her yet she's constantly trying to defend herself..She did it again tonight with the "comedy movies" vs the horror flicks..She may be getting a bad rap (deserved imho) but what's that compared to her child missing & possibly dead? Unless she fears her image=she's responsible for putting her child in harms way or worse that she's a possible accomplice I don't get her extreme concern.

I don't know anything about casings except for what I saw when they rescued those miners in Chile. Remember how they had to case the top part of the rescue hole they drilled so that it wouldn't fall in on itself or crumble? So I'm thinking that's what this company does with oil wells/drilling... MOO

What door to they use? Front or Back?
Are both lock or unlocked normally.. since DD couldnt get in...
Because if they are usually unlocked then did SA go thru the home locking both doors before DD got home...
